“I want to start off with saying that I have years of experience with using various automotive business's services, from paintwork to performance work and almost everything in between. So when I say that my experience with Ace Auto Refinishing was one of the best that I have had, I do not make that recommendation lightly. I needed to have my bumper resprayed on my Shelby GT500 because unfortunately when removing stripes it pulled paint off. Not only was the communication excellent, not only did they exceed their own initial timeline estimations, most importantly the work was absolutely incredible. The paint is absolutely GLASS. But furthermore, they went above and beyond to not only call to ensure I wanted the car washed (as I had mentioned I recently had it ceramic coated), but they went COMPLETELY ABOVE AND BEYOND by going around the car and touching up all the rock chips they found (AT NO REQUEST BY OR COST TO ME!). It is very rare in my experience that I have a true '5 star' experience with an automotive business, but Ace Auto Refinishing definitely provided that. 10/10 would recommend anyone to use them if needed.”

“The headlamps on my 2014 RAV4 needed replacing. When I initially brought my car in for the inspection/estimate, I was apprised about the Headlight Restoration process by Jennifer and Chris. At first, I hesitated because I had tried the headlight kit twice without seeing significant results. So, I decided to have this process done professionally based on their recommendations. When my vehicle was finished, my ?eyes were wide opened and my jaw just hung in astonishment! I was so flabbergasted as to what I had witnessed! ? My headlamps were very sparkling and looked brand new! I was very elated about the amazing work that David had done! ??? The process did not take long, and the price ? was very reasonable. What should have been a simple process turned into a frustrating 3-month ordeal because of delays and complications from the insurance company — but Matt and Amber kept us informed and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Their patience never changed, even though I called them so many times throughout the process. The repair work was excellent, and the customer service was just as great! Definitely recommend!”
