I just bought a kei van and the dude went to hell and back looking for windshield wipers for me and a couple other things and took about 30-40 minutes and he helped me get everything I needed dude is awesome! “I went in for an oil filter cartridge for my 2014 Grand caravan, and the young lady cautioned me about buying an inexpensive or cheap cartridge. I should have listened because somehow another the o-ring got out of the line with the cap on the containment unit and pumped all the oil out. By the time I realize what was happening it was too late. Now I'm looking for an engine. My advice: think about what they tell you because it might be really significant. I know that the oil filter itself didn't have anything to do with what happened. It was my failure to not seat the o-ring properly, but I do think ignoring the young lady set my fate into action.”

The gentleman I initially spoke with about the battery, was standing at the front counter, waiting for me. Not only was he VERY polite and professional, he helped me stay within my budget, AND he remembered my name. Just the fact that he seemed happy to had waited on me, was enough alone for me to be a repeat customer, as well as send family and friends there. AMAZING customer service. ???️”

“I had a head gasket that blown on near and I we was over 700 miles from home and the names of the people that helped out a lot more than they should have a saw what we have went through for people that need the help like we did. The employees that should get a best employee star will go to Ian, Sean, Brian, and Stephanie that works at orally in Lexington South Carolina store number 2231.

We where stranded for 3 day s on the highway and tried to drive the car to there store to get the part we needed, But was unable to make it. I had called the store to let them know that our car would not be able to make it there. So Brian went out of his way to get us to the store til our part can in. They all have been very helpful as we was unable to move for 4 days. I appreciate everything they have helped us with and showed us kindness and happiness. Please give the award for the best employees of the year.

“Robert was absolutely amazing and helpful! I had gone to a competitor (closer to my home) to get my battery/alternator tested, as my van had trouble starting. The competitor wouldn't assist me because it was raining, so I drove to this location. Robert had no problem with going in the rain to test everything. He checked my battery, alternator, starter and check engine light, as the rain started coming down harder and harder. He then helped me select the correct battery, that needed replacing. He also took it out to my van for me in the pouring rain. As I as driving down the road, I realized I had told him the wrong year on my van. I called and spoke with him, turns out I needed a different battery. By the time I got back to the store, he had done the exchange and had the new battery ready to go. He once again, came out in the pouring rain to place the battery into my van. I can not express how thankful I am. This was a Sunday, I had my kids, my husband was out working and I was distressed knowing what was going on. Robert also thank me for the business and me know he would be there until 6 that day if I needed any other assistance. He truly went above and beyond with his customer service. I will definitely be back in the future for anything that is needed with my vehicle. Thank you Robert!!”
