“This company is a scam they steal and robe their drivers. get them pay out of pocket for delivery’s expenses to get done. And then most likely impossible to collect your money back so imagine their honesty !! For any one who gives them business or willing to. You are sharing in that scam. “Great company to work with. Exceptional delivery times, friendly drivers, and excellent communication. Had a question about a billing discrepancy which was no fault of Southeastern's, spoke with Joyce Blanton on a Monday afternoon about it, it was a weird one so she asked me to give her a couple of days to get it figured out. Less than 24 hours later she had the whole situation resolved for us with an ETA to receive the credit. Phenomenal customer service!”

“Merry Christmas 2024!!! I went to my usual UPS drop off location with a prepaid package all ready to go. Even though my Alexa question said they were open until 7PM. When I arrived at that store at 6:04 PM, they were already closed. I really wanted to get that package out so I searched for a UPS Access point drop off location near me and this CVS store location popped up. I got there, the male clerk (I do not recall his name) was super polite, professional and overall awesome. He is the guy holding the package in the photo.
This guy went above and beyond and CVS is blessed to have this awesome employee working for them. Hopefully one of the management staff sees this and acknowledges this stellar employee.

“This review is for the Lovely Ladies at the Fedex Store on Augusta Road, Columbia, SC. I would give them a score of 100 for their customer service and professionalism. Today is Friday 26 Sep 25, Ms. Esmeralda went over and above duties to help me track a package that the driver refuse to deliver because I have a long horseshoe shaped driveway and ground office would not assist either. Had it not been for the Team on Augusta Road my package would be going back to Texas. Ms. Esmeralda took the time to listen and connected with her colleagues at the ground office to provide me an option to go pick up my package. I see a lot of negative reviews on this page about the ground office but This team on Augusta Road deserves a big SHOUT OUT!!!

“It's looks like you should be driving a semi-truck to use this location. It is definitely open to all although you do have to be buzzed in as the door is always locked. I've never been delayed by ringing the bell to get it and I've never had to wait in a line to send my packages. Also very friendly and efficient workers that helped to make my experience with this location a stress-free and happy chore. Id definitely recommend going here even if I'd rather you go else where so I can continue not waiting in line when I need to send my packages.”
