“Awesome store in general. Locally owned and has athletic equipment and apparel for whatever where you might be interested in. The staff always greets you and welcomes you in with A genuine sense of Southern hospitality. It's also the coolest place in Columbia to get your tennis racket stringed. Every time I go there I always have a good time because the environment is good so the other customers are always in a good mood and people talk to each other and tell funny stories. There's a parking lot and it's easy to get in and out of. It smells like new shoes on one side and a freshly cracked tube of tennis balls on the other side.”

The kind staff went out of their way to help me find just the hat, type hat, water resistant, crushable…. Stetson brand name and perfect fit. Not gonna do that online! “My wife needs petite size clothing and J.Jill has a great selection available. We visited last week and spent 3 hours trying on outfits. Tina the sales associate was patient and very knowledgeable.We left with 3 bags of clothes! Tina also ordered several outfits to be delivered to our home.
My credit card was hot to the touch from overuse! My wife is in remission from a brain lymphoma and I am blessed to be able to buy things for her.”
“My daughter and I had a great experience at this store today. When checking out, Sam explained the process to get enrolled in the FX program and how to accumulate points. She also pointed out the survey at the bottom of the receipt to complete. I had just been to footlocker at the other side of the mall that has the FX program and was not offered to enroll and missed out on a lot of points. She suggested I call the customer service to see if they could assist since I didn’t have the time to go back to return and repurchase the shoes. She was an absolute delight and took her time to explain everything. Thank you Sam for your outstanding service!”
