Carrie, along with every other girl in the store were incredibly sweet and helpful; one of them even rocked my baby in her stroller because she was fussy while I was trying on. Truly so kind and didn’t make me feel like an imposition. I appreciate it so much!”

A nice lady named Brenda helped me with some items I bought. Since I was alone, I asked her opinion about a dress I tried on. She sincerely told me it looked great and helped me make a decision. People like Brenda do my heart good. She was genuinely kind and helpful. This was my first visit to the Loft. I'll be back.”

“I went to get school shoes for my kids and the customer service by Lily and Malacai at the Nowra 2540 store in stocklands was so great i ended up buying some runners for myself, not because they pushed me to buy anything, because they had fantastic customer service and i wanted to support the business. They were both great with the kids, myself and husband. I have back problems and was impressed by Lily's knowledge as to what were the best shoes for my exact problem.
