“Huge selection of Vans shoes (obviously); that is a good thing for Vans lovers (including me). The staff is well-trained and very friendly, particularly the staff in charge of getting people shoes of different styles/sizes/etc. to try on. They absolutely go out of their way to help you find exactly what you’re looking for; and if you don’t know what you’re looking for exactly, they’re helpful in steering you in the right direction. No sales pressure here. This place exudes skate culture, but with a bit more politeness haha. My go-to Vans store when I’m in the market for Vans (which is more often than I should be… got a bit of a collection). Definitely recommend this store, due to the shoe selection, but also largely due to the kindness of the staff. Attached a photo of a pair of shoes that I recently purchased at this store. So far so good!”
“Paul McKeon is top notch! He helped me pick out a suit, shirt, and tie and they are now my favorites to wear anytime I need to dress up. The customer service and attention to detail are outstanding even after the sale. Having worn "off the rack" suits my whole life, I could not believe the difference in a custom suit. It fits better and is so much more comfortable to wear. I promise you will not be disappointed.”
“I tried to do the online selling and fb marketplace and bc of my anxiety I simply could not continue bc it was also so unproductive as people don't show up or "troll."I truly appreciate this place bc it's clean, neat orderly and the owner is so nice and gives very specific instructions- so there are no surprises . (Other consignments have not been like that for me) also- I love that she gives the option to donate if she's not going to resell. This is why I stopped consignment - tried online - then went back donation. I appreciate all the hard work they put into this business and I also love that it's a great service for the community and she serves the community! ❤️??”

She pays close attention to the details, and she has helped me select amazing suiting fabric/colors to ensure that I’m wearing a dynamic suit when I put on one of her creations. I always receive lots of compliments when I wear her suits & she is very responsive. She is top notch!”

“I buy most of my clothes here and also jewelry to match. The selection is enormous for such a small building so l almost always find something I like when I am here. The prices are beyond reasonable and I get extra super deals from the clearance racks which are almost always full of a great selection. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they are very accommodating when I have returns. Due to my health being on my feet for a long time is difficult so sometimes I just get on their website write down the item number then take my list to the store where they enter my order and call me when my order is received in the store!”

The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I cannot track my shipping and it drives me nuts! I am waiting on an order as we speak. “I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Versona. I went in on Saturday, December 30th. A young woman named Zaria (I’m unsure of how to spell her name, ZAR-REE-UH) helped me tremendously. I told her I struggled to put pieces together and that I was starting an important office job and needed help.She spent about an assisting me, while managing other customers, and continuing to stock items. She seemed genuinely invested in helping me. It was much needed kindness and I hope that this reaches the right person because I hope that she is praised for going above and beyond.There was another young girl working with brown hair that was equally kind.
