“At first I stopped going to LowCountry Volkswagen because last time I had my vehicle there they wouldn't look up to see if there were any extended warranties on my vehicle that I bought from my dad. I lost out on over 600 because of that because my dad did have extended warranties on the vehicle. Then I started taking my car to Stokes Volkswagen on Ashely Phosphate. Long story cut short Stokes was over booked until end of Oct LowCountry had time to look at my Atlas to see what was wrong with it and why I had no gas power on the interstate coming home. I dropped it off on a Thursday and they called me that Friday telling me the injector harness was going out in the vehicle. They were gonna order the part and it will be done on Monday as long as shipment with the part came in on time. I am excited to say I have no issues now going to LowCountry the guy asked about the extended warranties and checked for us and had the car done in a timely manner and was very nice and respectful. Thank you Lowcountry for taking care of us !!! We will definitely do more business with you all now! We love Volkswagen vehicles.”

“These guys are life savers! A/c started going out while driving to Charleston for vacation...out of the ~15 shops I called, Swifts Garage was the only shop which was able to look at my car within the same week. Brian was incredibly friendly and helpful even though the shop was super busy, walking me through the issue (bad blower motor and resistor), timeline to fix, and cost, answering any questions I had. They were able to get parts and replace the blower motor and resistor the following day at a reasonable cost, right before my 10+ hour drive back home! My only negative is that I don't live in the area so Swifts can't be the shop that regularly looks at my car!Service: Air conditioning”

“I needed my radiator and all the attached hoses replaced ASAP. My Max Care warranty representative recommended Affordable Tire and Auto Service Centers... I called and spoke with Omar Friday mid-morning to give him the run down. I went over to Affordable Tire Friday afternoon and without having to wait more that 3 minutes, Donny Confirmed my radiator issue. I brought my car in this (Saturday) morning, Donny greeted me, took my info and sent me on my way. While the work was being done, Martin Davis, the owner, went so far as to handle all warranty communications with CarMax, so I didn't have to. He didn't even ask for paperwork. All I had to do upon pick up was pay my deductible and drive home. Omar, Donny and Martin are welcoming, trustworthy and excellent at what they do. I would rather pay Affordable Tire and Auto Service Centers to work on my Jeep than get the same work done for free somewhere else... Finding trusted mechanics can be a task. And that task for me is now over. Thank you gentlemen!Ladies and Gentlemen... I am back with another great experience with Affordable Tires and Auto Service Centers...I had that same strange smoky-type vapor coming out from under my hood... No, it wasn't my radiator... After a quick call and overview, my friends Omar and Martin diagnosed that my water pump was shot and I needed a new one. Jeeps!?! Love Them. But they make you pay for it.... Martin and his guys had me in and out in just a day or so even down two mechanics. Again, Martin took care of my CarFax warrantee, so I didn't need to. I paid my deductible, got my keys and was on my way. As always, Martin and his guys are ACES. I won't go anywhere else.If want to truly be taken care of Martin and team is where you stop and start. My brake light came on and Martin and team were on it in an instant to help me out. They stayed open late so I could drop my car off after work and let me stay until my ride home arrived. Albeit only after Martin offered me a ride home himself. Once again, Martin managed the details of my warrantee and ensured I was back on the road quickly and cost effectively. I always feel safe after Martin and his team have worked on our cars. One of the best things about Affordable Tires is when Martin says I hope to see you soon, you know he means out and about in Mount Pleasant. “I ran over something on the highway, immediately my tire went flat. My 13 year old daughter was in the car. Luckily, there was a mall nearby so we pulled in and searched for roadside help. My call was immediately answered by Irvine's Auto Repair and towing and someone was on the way (during drive time) to help us out. When he arrived he quickly, knowledgeably and politely changed my tire to the spare and got us back on the road. I was able to pay with a credit card. It was so easy and we are very grateful for the professionalism and kindness in our time of need. Very highly recommended.”
