“10/10 experience! Had a tire pop around the corner from Dorsey. Despite being closed, we received a reply from their text service within minutes to confirm their availability and their ability to help with our sedan. Once they received the vehicle, they called to quote us an affordable price and a timeline that they actually stuck to. And if it didn’t get better than that… our car had its gas stolen while it was waiting to get towed and the employees at Dorsey went to fill up a gas can and filled our tank enough to get it moving at NO EXTRA CHARGE. “At first I stopped going to LowCountry Volkswagen because last time I had my vehicle there they wouldn't look up to see if there were any extended warranties on my vehicle that I bought from my dad. I lost out on over 600 because of that because my dad did have extended warranties on the vehicle. Then I started taking my car to Stokes Volkswagen on Ashely Phosphate. Long story cut short Stokes was over booked until end of Oct LowCountry had time to look at my Atlas to see what was wrong with it and why I had no gas power on the interstate coming home. I dropped it off on a Thursday and they called me that Friday telling me the injector harness was going out in the vehicle. They were gonna order the part and it will be done on Monday as long as shipment with the part came in on time. I am excited to say I have no issues now going to LowCountry the guy asked about the extended warranties and checked for us and had the car done in a timely manner and was very nice and respectful. Thank you Lowcountry for taking care of us !!! We will definitely do more business with you all now! We love Volkswagen vehicles.”

“Where do I begin? Needed brakes on my 2015 Altima. Read great reviews for AT&B, so I stopped in, without an appt. Met the owner, Martin, who said he could check my orignal brakes & told me I was down to 2% on the front alone! He gave me a good quote & said he would get them done then as soon as the parts came in. He couldn't have been more gracious, even offered to drive me home & pick me up when the car was ready! I settled on a nearby shopping plaza & he called me when the my car was ready. 1-1/2 hrs. later. This gentleman is truly a gem. Their customer service goes far & beyond. Learned they do more than just brakes & tires: oil changes, A/C, radiator flushes, etc. I'm so glad I have them now as my local Auto Place go to. “I recently had body work done on my car at Regency Collision and would rate them at 4.6 out of 5. The scheduling, communication, explanations of insurance process and staff interactions were stellar at 5! The completed body work looks great! I rate at 4.6 as I was not completely satisfied with cleaning of the inside and outside of the car and there was confusion in regard to specifics of the work process. I do believe that there was an oversight and the final trim prep was not reviewed before I was called to pick up the car which certainly can happen during the busy holiday season.I have used this business previously and had no issues so I returned. Overall great experience, completed body work looks great and delightful staff. Would not hesitate to recommend!”
