“Haven’t had the opportunity to visit the store in person as I am in PA. But Monday 11-16-21, I did a phone order here with an educator named Katrina. Let me tell you, give this girl a raise. After having manyyy less than stellar experiences in the Nashville, TN surrounding area stores, I was honestly super anxious to call around as I had gotten comfy with my online orders. Katrina was so freaking kind and helpful. Order arrived today and I’m already wearing it (best jacket ever). She even included a cute lil card. “Shopped at the Fresh Fields store on a recent visit, they were amazing. Great styles for tall inseams. Called the store after for a linen shirt I could not get online and more jeans, and got Pat.
