“We’ve always had a great experience here. The trick is to list:
STE 0000 (box number) as the second address line when filling out delivery info.
I asked about this when we moved here since there are no mailboxes on Folly. The attendant advised me of this so we don’t miss anything. Well, we haven’t missed ONE thing in 4.5 years. Do your research and let’s appreciate what they do for us to help :)”

“Wow…. Amazing inside. I think they are only open from 12:30pm to about 2:15 a few days a week….so check first. But nice postal folks here. Also, fresh-caught fish is appreciated (the office staff know what I mean).”

“I mailed my daughter a package from South Dakota for Christmas. Mailed it early and priority with extra insurance. I checked the status and it was delivered a day earlier but my daughter didn’t get it. She contacted the post office and they opened a case file. I had little hopes that 4 days later she would ever get it. I assumed the people that got it just kept it. The postal service worker tracked down where the package was accidentally delivered and after a couple tries was able to get the package to her 4 days later in plenty of time for Christmas! I know it’s “part of their job” etc, but with the amount of packages that come through, the crazy time of year etc., I can’t thank the Folly Road post office team enough for handling the issue! You could have simply let it go and made the USPS write me a check to reimburse me. So kudos to you all! Merry Christmas and thank you!”
“All things considered, the service is good.and clerks are friendly.I see a weak spot, however, and I hope you take my advice. I just spent a solid half an hour trying to send tracking numbers to my customers. It took me way to long to complete this task on only three parcels because the ink on the receipt was faded to the point that I could not discern the difference between a 6 and a 5 or a 9 and a zero. Even with a magnifying glass I am not sure if I got the numbers correct. INK YOUR MACHINES! I don't get paid if I don't get these tracking numbers right.”
“Quick in and out with very pleasant postal employee. Clean, supports mask wearing and social distancing, which is fine by me. Lobby also has digital postage machine for mailing outside normal business hours.”
