“Great Staff! I spoke with a lady and a man who were both very professional and polite. I wish I got their names so I could shout them out in my review. They both helped me get my passport application completed and sent.”

“USPS is typically a tough place to deal with but I have found Folly beach is always helpful. Be careful of the hours, and be polite.
Nice little backyard satellite office.”
“Richard is the backbone of this office. He always greets me with a smile and is never bothered by long lines of customers or people with lots of questions. Give him a raise!!”

“Wow…. Amazing inside. I think they are only open from 12:30pm to about 2:15 a few days a week….so check first. But nice postal folks here. Also, fresh-caught fish is appreciated (the office staff know what I mean).”
“After seeing so many bad reviews, I felt like I must write this review. I ship packages 2 or 3 times a week. Have been doing this for about the past 3 years. In all time I have never had a bad experience. Even when I show up too close to closing time, eveyone is helpful and friendly. Postal counter people have a tough job. Treat them with the respect they deserve.”
“Alinett’s joyful attitude made my day. Both of the ladies in the post office were smiling and made a mundane experience enjoyable.
I walked into the post office and stood in the line, bored, until Alinett called to the line cheerfully, “Smile y’all! It’s a good day!” It made my day. I watched Alinett serve customers with kindness and diligence. The definition of speedy service with a smile.”
“All things considered, the service is good.and clerks are friendly.I see a weak spot, however, and I hope you take my advice. I just spent a solid half an hour trying to send tracking numbers to my customers. It took me way to long to complete this task on only three parcels because the ink on the receipt was faded to the point that I could not discern the difference between a 6 and a 5 or a 9 and a zero. Even with a magnifying glass I am not sure if I got the numbers correct. INK YOUR MACHINES! I don't get paid if I don't get these tracking numbers right.”
“My postperson is awesome. I am in a wheelchair and they help me out alot!! By bringing my mail to my door and it was going to rain today. 520 McLernon Trace 29455.”
