“From start to finish, the experience was easy and efficient. Needed summer storage for my son in college and the manager at our facility (James in Charleston, SC) was super helpful. The facility itself was so clean and organized; which made the move out quick and painless. Would recommend for anyone needing storage - these are temp controlled, very clean and well run facilities.”

We were under tremendous time restraints, and the owner was very accommodating, and the process was very quick so that we were able to meet our deadline. We plan on going back to purchase a vehicle that we saw while we were there. We would definitely use this location again for a Uhaul and we highly recommend them.”
“I booked a rental truck with this location before I saw the reviews and was a little nervous about the experience I might have but I had absolutely no issues getting my rental. The lady at the desk was nice and worked quickly. I can see why many people leave low ratings just for the fact the "reservation" is not actually guaranteed, but that is the fault of the company and it sets the service personnel up for failure. My main issue with this specific location is it difficult to find. It is located inside the Citadel Mall but there is no signage outside to tell you where to go, I just went in the closest entrance to where I saw a bunch of Budget trucks parked and found it that way. They could definitely make it easier to find. I was also concerned that there is no official review of the truck's condition once it is in your possession. Personnel did not review it with me and there is no online portal to post pictures of the condition you received it in, which is an unnecessary liability for the customer, they could blame damage you for damage you did not cause.”

“James was kind and helpful and reassuring as he explained the equipment and helped us get the car transported hooked up to the 10ft truck and the car strapped and chained on to the trailer.. The process was easy peasy. The trip was from South Carolina to Maine. The truck had the power to pull our car and our truck load throught the awful roads in New York with no problem. Once I got used to keeping it between the lines...I was confident and capable though I had not done this before. I appreciated the online videos to get me prepared for the journey. Thanks!!”
