U-Haul Moving & Storage at King St. offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, self-storage, portable U-Box containers, hitch installations, moving boxes, propane, and online reservations. Customers appreciate the helpful and courteous staff, especially at the front desk, where the owner is described as very pleasant and efficient. The team, including two young movers, is praised for their efficiency, politeness, and careful handling of belongings, making the moving process smooth and positive. The location is known for its respectful service and multitasking courtesy, showing that every customer is valued. In one instance, the staff went above and beyond by arranging a larger truck when the originally requested size was unavailable, saving the customer from potential inconvenience. However, some reviews mention inconsistent truck cleanliness, with one reporting a dirty, smelly truck with a spilled soda inside, which was disappointing. Overall, U-Haul at King St. is recognized for its excellent customer service and helpful staff, though cleanliness standards may vary. The location continues to serve as a reliable choice for local and long-distance moves.
Excellent professional service location and staff. I have used this location as both a drop off and pick up location and it was seamless. I would highly recommend them.

Ashly did a great ! I was a walk in . She found a pickup truck that was just what I need. Also CJ was very helpful in both checking me out and back in when I returned the rental . This will be my go to when I need to rent a truck.

Location has been there before the town blew up, get there when they open before the traffic starts and you won’t have any issues. Thanks for the easy rental!
