“While preparing info for my accountant, I realized I was missing a Lebo's receipt. I needed it to get a tax deduction. The woman I spoke with worked very hard to find it, took a picture and sent it via text for me! Not only did she go the distance for me, she had to look for it in more than one account. On top of that, it was getting close to closing time, and she provided EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you so much! This is a big reason we get our specialty shoes at Lebo's!”
“One would not think that Gastonia, NC is the location of one of the finest women's clothing boutiques in the south, but I really think it is. The selection veers from classy to eclectic, the sales people are helpful, friendly, personable, and as involved as you want them to be. The prices are reasonable but not cheap, i.e. I bought a $120 dress, $180 black trousers (they stretch, but they don't look like they stretch!!!) that I am certain I will wear until I die, a fabulous green suede calf length jacket that will turn the plainest ensemble into fabulous ($130ish), and an indescribably shaped red top that I will wear to Christmas parties as long as I am still invited to Christmas parties. So what I think about that is you get what you pay for, within a working woman's budget. It's the kind of place where for a stylishly reasonable price you can purchase a piece that you will love and wear for years and that you will never see replicated anywhere you go.”
“Recently stopped by from Matthews to pick up a beautiful green dress for my engagement shoot and fell in love with this boutique! The staff is sweet & the selections are GREAT! “I always have a good experience shopping here, but most recently, on Saturday, December 17th, this nice lady (festive dress, black) went above and beyond to help me. The store was somewhat busy, but that did not take away from the wonderful service she provided. She found the purse that I was looking for in another store, called ahead on my behalf, let them know of my military discount, and that I would be calling them to purchase the purse. I truly appreciate the service provided. Thank you!!”

“I Love, Love, Love Pure Barre. I’ve been going to Pure Barre - Fort Mill for approximately two months now. I’d been looking for a place to exercise that was low impact and would provide results for a “seasoned” woman my age ?.The studio is perfect in many ways. It’s clean and spacious. I love the variety of exercise formats they offer and the instructors are AMAZING! Everyone, the participants and the instructors are very friendly and welcoming.While I primarily attend the Classic class with Paris (she’s AWESOME!), I’ve also attended a couple of the Empower and Align classes as well!I honestly look forward to going, I’m hooked?!! It’s amazing because I can actually see positive results! ??”

“Mateo and Matthew are above exceptional sales men! I have a extremely difficult time finding my current size of 28 waist 34 inch inseam and these two spectacular gentlemen went above and beyond to assist me in finding my size. I found one pair in store but desired to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off sale and when I could not find a second pair in this Charlotte store they went in their stores system and found my second mid blue denim pair in Virginia! And had it shipped to my house!!!! I love the 311 shaping jeans. They are my "go to"! I have at least 5 pairs ranging in sizes 33 waist to 29 waist all 34 incge inseam because even when I'm pregnant I wear my levis! Now that I have lost weight I need a smaller waist and thanks to these two Super considerate gentlemen I will now have my size!!!! As a tall women of 5' 11" having the right inseam matters more than anyone could ever understand!!!! Again. THANK YOU Mateo and Matthew for everything! Be blessed! I mean I couldnt even find these jeans online or in Atlanta Macy's. My husband has been looking for months, and you two pulled it off in less than 30 minutes. I am beyond ecstatic and will be shopping at this store again!!!!!!”

“I have been shopping at the #914 on Fashion Way location for several years when I travel to Charlotte NC. The store is alway well stocked and convenient. I recently accidentally dropped something out of my pocket when I was trying on something in their dressing room. I had left the store and was traveling back to Virginia when I realized I had dropped my watch in this store dressing room. I call the store and spoke the the person who’s name was on my receipt, Gerri. She took my name, phone number and address. I asked if the lost item could be mailed to me, for I was traveling and I was too far away to return to the store. She said she would see if she could. I was pleasantly surprised, I received my lost item in the mail. Many thanks! I have always enjoy shopping at the location.”
“I’m not one to write reviews but Lauren was the absolute best from top to bottom. I ordered the wrong fit online and took them to the outlet store and had a great experience. Lauren was at the door when I walked in took my items while I looked for a replacement and when I didn’t find the size I needed she went above and beyond to get what I wanted ordered all while having a line and helping other associates. She kept her composure and was super cool! Thank you, Lauren! You rock!”
“It's been extremely rare that I go mall shopping and a store employee goes out of their way to be kind. Actually, I didn't get this man's name, but it must be his nature to be so kind and outgoing. My son clearly had the longest day and was just done with the day, but an employee told him to sit down on their couch and came back with stickers for him. I noticed this was the way he interacted with everyone he came in contact with. Another employee went above and beyond to find a pair of pants for my son, too. As we walked out of the store, we talked about how great our would be if every store had employees like these guys.”
“Bottom Line: Well organized boutique and friendly staff. I wandered in Jolie Boutique because I remembered hearing it was a great store. I must say that this place is a feast for the eyes! The displays are so well done and there is a lot to look at. I visited in Spring and there was a nicely curated collection of dresses, blouses, light weight sweaters, accessories and such. For those looking to spiff up their wardrobe with something unique this is a super fun store to peruse. I wasn't in the try-on mood so I left empty handed but I can certainly see why this is a favorite boutique in Charlotte.”

You can even pick up a cargo carrier for the top of your car, or some Birkenstocks if you’re in need of a cute pair, camping supplies, swim trunks, etc. Really pleased with this place.”
“This store was absolutely packed for the Black Friday sales, but let me tell you.. I had incredibly busy associates graciously assist me when I asked. First, I appreciate Latrice for making herself available to me. I haven't worked in clothing retail so I don't know the rules, but she would pause to give me her time to help me find what I needed! She compared what I was looking for on the app to what was in store - led me to it and even answered my subjective questions! Next, the fitting room staff was nice and kept that line moving and rooms were being cleaned in a timely manner and clothes being returned so guests could find them while shopping! Then, Quentin was my cashier and he was patient and friendly with me as I compared my online cart to store cart - so much going on with me in there. I could have gotten overwhelmed & at times I felt in the way, but they kept their smiles and led me through. Finally, shoutout to Manda for making my checkout experience and exit from the store all smiles as well! You all made my only trip out this day well worth it. Whooo hooo for 50% off day!!!”
