Their coats are soft, clean, and perfectly trimmed. Kat was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about making the dogs comfortable throughout the whole process. “Just moved to North Carolina in the last year and had to find a new groomer for my Havanese. He is normally a bit squirmy when being brushed or groomed, and has difficulty sitting still or cooperating with groomers. Our last groomer had complaints about him, and he was never excited to go. The second time I took him to Bow Wow Boutique he started recognizing where we were going and getting excited. The third time I asked him if he wanted to go to the groomer and he bolted to the door and waited excitedly. He always looks great after I pick him up and always smells terrific, but ultimately the most important thing to me is that he is safe, happy, and not stressed out. That’s what I get here! It is clear that he is treated well and is not upset about going.”
“The other day I came in with a problem with my dog. The first time I came she greates me and asked I needed any help, she took the time to explain products and walk me through how to use them. I failed to follow some of Brandis recommendations. Then I came back in a second time and purchased the product she recommended and took her advise. It was amazing! Her welcoming greeting, professionalism, and her knowledge was far superior then any other customer service I have ever encountered.
I will continue coming to this store because of her knowledge, her leadership with her team in the store, and what she bring to the community helping all the customers coming into the store.
I truly believe her knowledge ans customer service is second to none. She needs to be recognized for all her hard work, detecation, and leadership she provide to her staff and community.”

“Great people in the Warehouse. Driveway into office/warehouse is twisty and narrow. It was hard to stay on the pavement with my 40 ft trailer, a 53 ft trailer would be even harder. Bad design.”
“After I found this place, I will never ever spend 1 cent at Petco or Pet Smart, due to the fact that both stores tells you they treat all animals & reptiles, not true! Something happened 2 my bearded dragons leg & I called 2 see when there vet would be in, only 2 find out they don’t treat or examine bearded dragons, but they will sale them and there food! Not! So 5 stars for Pet Supplies Plus! Yes it’s a further drive for me, but when it comes to my pets which are 2 dachshunds & a bearded dragon,they are priceless 2 me! But they don’t consider bearded dragons as animals! & I was a breeder for years 4 my dachshunds & those 2 pet stores were the only place I would go to, until I adopted a bearded dragon and they wouldn’t even examine him, yet they sale them!”
“Visited to pick up a dog for a national rescue organization. Pleasantly surprised at how clean the main area was. They seem very organized with an electronic check in that is required when you arrive. They have two enclosed rooms that potential adoptees can visit with the pets. I trust and hope the back areas are just as clean and nurturing for the animals!”
“My fiancé and I came to this facility on 2/11 and walked out with a beautiful Pitty for a Staycation. Everyone was very warm, chipper and helpful. When we got there it was very busy but they were handling the crowd well. We didn’t wait too long to interact with the dog of our choice. I read past reviews and it looks like they’re working on their customer service. We were very satisfied with our visit.”
“Lidl is a great place to shop and save on groceries. The store is located in a highly congested area traffic wise, but improvements have been made to help getting in and out a smooth transition. I love their products and their double guarantee. If something doesn't meet your expectations they will refund your purchase price AND give you another similar product of equal value. No hassles!”

“I took our little Cavapoo for a touch up between groomings from our vets office and ended up making Rivergate Petsmart our forever groomers. Really a lovely group of professionals. We get 90% of our pet supplies here too. Love being able to order on line and pick up curbside. Often offering 20% off treats and dog food too.”
