“I really like this location's staff. They are exceptionally kind, they always try to be extra patient with customers unfamiliar with various return shipment processes, and take the time to explain the why behind those processes / costs. The staff at this site always act with a sense of urgency while remaining calm by quickly addressing each customers needs and multitasking where possible.
Remember that shipping companies are a for profit business. If Amazon says no box no label you can show up with nothing but the item. The seller opted to cover the cost of the return materials. Otherwise you will need to follow instructions like prepacking and taping. If you show up unprepared they will charge for a box and/or tape. The post office is the same way so try not to take your frustrations out on the shipper who is a 3rd party. I would prefer to do business with this location if I have an Amazon return or ebay seller shipment.”

“I have had a PO box at this location for approximately 4 years, I have also purchased a number of products that they sell in the retail shop, which I may add are high quality products. The owner of the establishment, Mark, is such a pleasure to deal with. He has always gone above and beyond anytime I needed help. In a nutshell, both he and his daughter do such an exceptional job running that establishment. I would highly recommend using their services.”
“Today I went to PostNet to take a badge photo for my new job. I wish I had gotten the names of the staff working today but they were soooo nice. The process was very smooth and quick. We talked about my new job briefly and how much it would be beneficial to me. The lady said she loved hearing the stories people share regarding their jobs when they come in for new photos. “This is the very first time I have felt warmly welcomed in to a UPS store! This is a true rarity (in my experience). The warmth of a family owned AND operated UPS store, where it is obvious they enjoy one another and care about the customer. They stayed open a few minutes after closing and welcomed me with a smile and offered me assistance with securing/taping my pre-labeled box. I have never felt like anything but an inconvenient burden when dropping off packages at other locations around the area. After today’s experience, I will be making them the only location I use.
On a personal note: With an hour of terrible traffic jams and rerouting to get there .. y'all really changed my whole vibe today by just being authentically kind. It’s rare to encounter folks like you. You are appreciated!”

“Have to drop off packages for work and this is a nice option since it closes super late and less issues having important packages getting lost as it's nex to the hub. Staff has always been helpful at this location. Wish I could say the same for other FedEx locations.”
“We had a flag pole 25’ ordered for my husband for Fathers Day. From the date of shipment your company did a superior job keeping us informed and setting up a delivery time that worked around our schedules. Your driver Eddie Trusdale was polite, professional and one heck of a guy helping us get his massive truck down our driveway for us to get the pole onto another truck. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief time getting to know Eddie. Thank you for your excellent service all the way around.”
“I had a fabric project consisting of 6 separate yards of material which needed to be sent to a recipient in Virginia. Jasmine wrapped the fabric in bubble wrap to keep it dry as well as cushioning on the bottom as well as the top. Her smile and personality made my trip to this FedEx location extremely enjoyable”
“I needed to process a Macy’s return. This was the perfect location for a quick drop off. This is an access point, so make sure that you already have your shipping label and a sealed box. I am a little spoiled because other drop off locations have tape and a shipping label holder to protect the label. Nonetheless, I bought a package of shipping tape from which was still convenient. I secured my return and quickly checked out within 10 minutes and was able to get a text email copy of the receipt so that my return was processed. This was super convenient for me because I do not like driving far.”

“UPS at 4400 yorkmont is not a distribution site they don't process packages there. We only get the packages from the plane everything is processed at the hub off of Graham street to be processed and taken to airport to fly”

“I've come to this FedEx numerous times and the staff is always professional and knows exactly what I need. My newest visit involved Ana. She was very sweet and walked me through how to use the printer for my copies. Very sweet. When I need FedEx I always come to this location. The guys in there are great as well.”

“Truck Drivers - not all GPS have been updated with new roads. Horton RD no longer connects directly from Garrison (the road you get on from ramp) to warehouse. You want to turn left at Swift, left again at the next stop sign than right onto Horton which will take you straight to warehouse.
Strict on appointments and will use their 2 hours from appointment time. They'll take late work-ins but you'll have to wait for a dock. Lots of room on shipping side to maneuver, real restroom - please don't trash it, but sadly no overnight parking. Employees were nice and polite ?”
“I went in to pick up a mattress I had held there. I happened to arrive right when two delivery drivers were packing up their trucks. Without question they grabbed the package and loaded it for me. It was very nice and helpful! The desk employee was also very nice and helpful!”
