“UPS at 4400 yorkmont is not a distribution site they don't process packages there. We only get the packages from the plane everything is processed at the hub off of Graham street to be processed and taken to airport to fly”

“Well it was dark so it's hard to see the addresses on the windows but I'm glad they put them in bold letters it took me a minute to find where I was going but once I got to the place I needed to go they were great and other people that I asked directions actually helped me a lot they were great no one made me feel like I was out of place even though I felt very out of place”

“I needed to process a Macy’s return. This was the perfect location for a quick drop off. This is an access point, so make sure that you already have your shipping label and a sealed box. I am a little spoiled because other drop off locations have tape and a shipping label holder to protect the label. Nonetheless, I bought a package of shipping tape from which was still convenient. I secured my return and quickly checked out within 10 minutes and was able to get a text email copy of the receipt so that my return was processed. This was super convenient for me because I do not like driving far.”
