“Love the store, our cashier yesterday not so much. Mentioned that a pair of boots that rang up at $44.99 were on the shelf with many others marked $24.99. She couldn't care less. No I'm sorry, I will have the manager look into it, nothing but shrugged her shoulders. Poor customer service.”

“Hi I recently placed a in store order that is $1,623 , the service person that helped me said I could get pro status and discounts for being a pro. When she submitted for the pro status it was rejected. I was told the amount to be a pro is $1,500 so I bought a nail gun to make sure I was more than that amount. I spend a lot of money at Home Depot each year so I should qualify just from past purchases. Please explain why I was rejected. Thanks SteveMartin”
“I stopped by the Lexington Tractor Supply Co. on Sunset Boulevard yesterday afternoon after a long day of appointments and running errands. I drove by the store forgetting to stop in and ended up turning around to go back since we were out of bird seed and duck feed. Over the years, I have always been impressed with the outstanding customer service provided at this location, but yesterday both Kayli and Cassie outdid themselves. Separately, they both offered suggestions enabling me to make better purchasing decisions. Thanks to great employees like Kayli and Cassie, it is a joy to shop in this store and I will continue to return to this location. I told Kayli and Cassie they had made my day. I appreciate shopping where employees are happy to be there and and happy to assist customers. Thank you for upholding high standards for your team.”

“Appliances employees are usually the most helpful esp Eric. Some lumber associates are helpful when asked to be. Most everyone else has no clue about the department they work in let shine anything else in the store. Be irritated to help yourself to load most things unless you can catch someone headed to the break room or hiding from customers you are on your own most of the time. Cashiers are almost always friendly even at the returns desk I’ve never seen let alone met the store manager or assistant manager but Robert the store manager from the Augusta hwy store occasionally helps out there and he’s absolutely the greatest and most knowledgeable associate Lowes has ever had!”
