“Waylon Lawhon gave some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He was quick, helpful, and really knew what he was doing. Didn’t waste time, didn’t make things complicated, just straight-up good service.
Because of that experience, I honestly don’t see myself going to another hardware store again. I go out of my way to come here now just because interactions like that are hard to find anymore. It makes a big difference when someone actually takes care of you like that. The staff at the front register were also very friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you walk in. The overall experience here is consistently positive, and that level of service is the reason I keep coming back instead of going anywhere else. Big shoutout to everybody in the store!!!! “The staff is always helpful, whether they are busy or not, which most of the time it is busy there. I believe it’s because of the staff and doing everything in their power to help you as much as possible. I gotta give it up to them because every employee that I’ve come in contact with, if you need help looking for something, they know exactly where it is. I would be lost in that store for hours lol so idk how they do it, but they are definitely great at what they do. Keep up the great work!!! 😊”
