“Needed parts for a 24-year-old 3 knob Delta tub faucet that I could not find elsewhere. They were able to locate and order new stems, washers, springs, extenders and I was able to rebuild my faucet for drip free operation. This will be my go-to place for plumbing parts now.”
“Outstanding Service from Mr. Mark!
I had a fantastic experience at the Tractor Supply in Red Bank this morning thanks to Mr. Mark. He went above and beyond to help me remove, size, and replace a part on an old dolly. What could have been a frustrating project turned into an easy fix because of his knowledge, patience, and willingness to take the time to help. It’s rare to find customer service this good nowadays, and I truly appreciate it.
Thank you, Mr. Mark, for your exceptional help. Tractor Supply is lucky to have you!
If you want it shorter, more formal, or more enthusiastic, I can adjust it!”
“Stop in the store to grab items for my son who is starting welding classes at Midlands Tech. They had exactly what he needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will certainly return again.”
“Hi I recently placed a in store order that is $1,623 , the service person that helped me said I could get pro status and discounts for being a pro. When she submitted for the pro status it was rejected. I was told the amount to be a pro is $1,500 so I bought a nail gun to make sure I was more than that amount. I spend a lot of money at Home Depot each year so I should qualify just from past purchases. Please explain why I was rejected. Thanks SteveMartin”
“I'm updating an old review, as there have been positive changes here. That said ,If you go by the shelf price, you could be in for a terrible surprise. For equipment, feed, seed, tack, and other large supplies, the place is hard to beat. The garden center is great, most of the employees are awesome. They've ditched most of the Dollar General vibes they used to have, but navigating the store and item availability can still be a challenge. Many, many items that look alike or have different sizes are intermixed on the shelves and you need to mind what you're actually picking up. I'm finding I have about the best luck ordering online for store pickup. They are excelling in this area.”
“Thank you to the young man Gerald tonight who helped my boyfriend load up 21 80 pound bags of concrete. He was finished with his shift and walking out the door, he then asked if we needed any help. He proceeded to help us and then put up both of our carts ! Him and the young lady working were absolutely amazing. Truly went above and beyond!!”
“They got everything and are convenient, most of the employees don't know much about anything. If you have a question, try to find an employee with a camo vest. These are vets, if they don't know, they will find out”
“Never a bad experience. Last visit I was having trouble with my wife's credit card chip and magnetic strip not working. Jessica saw I was having trouble, came right over, suspended the transaction, walked me over to Customer Support where Allonia was able to get it to work in just a couple minutes. Thanks to both of them!”
“Thank you McCoy Ace Hardware! I really appreciate you carrying HVAC Capacitors! Picked up the perfect spec-ed replacement for a bad one in 15 minutes and AC back up and running...in July! I will definitely be coming here more often for my home DIY needs!”
