“Helped someone move to Columbia by driving the rented truck one way to Columbia. This location was the designated drop off point. Lot of stores, lot of signage so I didn't catch the location until it was to late to stop. Other than that, every thing went great. Per notice, Carlton was the agent on duty. A gentleman in every way. Took care of everything (checking gas, hand trucks , etc) and was courteous at all times.”

He offered me coffee when I arrived to pick up the truck and made sure we were hydrated with bottles of water for the road. “Saturday, March 6, 2021, I went to this Home Depot with my 75-year-old father. We were looking to buy a grill. We looked around and spoke with the most wonderful assistant Michelle from the pickup area. She was so delightful and helpful. She noticed a blemish both my Dad and I missed and helped us out tremendously. “A+ Experience, We've had this storage unit for 10 years. Overall, it has been a great experience. Staff was always on site and professional. I was able to get the things I needed out of storage early in the morning or late in the evening which was very convenient for me. This particular storage unit did not have AC but kept all of our belongings fresh and clean, especially our clothes. Yes alot of our clothes was boxed up in this storage unit since June 2013 and when we purchased our brand new home July 2023 We took those clothes out of boxes and they still looked and smelled good. We washed them and took them to the cleaners before taking the majority to goodwill to bless some people. The General Manager Mr. Sylvester Gadson he was always there , or one call away to assist with questions or concerns. We appreciate his professional managerial skills along with the managers that came before him. Whether its short term or long term I highly recommend you choose this storage facility. For your storage needs.”

“My experience with this UHaul wasn't perfect but it turned out well. Richard was extremely helpful and informative about how the truck and trailer work and how to fix certain problems. He was the only worker in the building dealing with customer after customer with no assistance. Took a little while because of the amount of customers but I recommend this UHaul solely because of Richard.”
