“As always when I entered the door of this Bank no matter how busy it may be I am greeted with a good morning or welcome to United community Bank, etc . The manager takes time to sit down and talk with you and help you solve your problem. She do not do it rushing and she show you how you can do it step by step in the future if it's a problem on my side and I was asking for help to solve it. She also informed me of some of the programs that the bank has that could help me that I didn't know about. The Tellers always have a smile on their face and have a short conversation with you about the weather or how is your day etc. Before leaving they always ask you is there anything else I can help with you today.”
