“Fair price, but I don't know why they charge extra for an additional driver. Doesn't add any extra liability to the rental company.
It doesn't appear that they inspect returned cars for cleanliness. We had one that was full of ants, and the second one had some trash left in it. I assume that's how they afford to give you a cheaper price..”

“Reserved me 12 ft box truck 10 days in advance. Everything went well except the website didn't tell me about the $150 deposit. Not the stores fault. The truck was shockingly a really nice truck with only 60k miles. Seems like a lot of you guys reserved online same day and didn't call to confirm. Plan better.”

“Cici from Avis at GSP literally saved my family vacation. Made a reservation with Budget weeks ago and showed up to pick up the vehicle today and was told by the Budget person there were no vehicles. No offer to help or wait for a while or anything like that. I was told by Customer Service to go to Avis who when I got there told me there was nothing, but Cici made sure to take my number and do her best to get a vehicle that would fit my family. Within 10 minutes I was leaving in the perfect vehicle. Big shout out to the ever so helpful people at the Avis counter at GSP. Budget counter personnel were completely rude and unhelpful.”

“Friendly service and thoughtfulness of the service personnel in being willing to work with us while we needed a rental car after a minor accident requiring repairs to be paid by the insurance of the other driver at fault and an uncertain timeline (thought of extending rental in increments and communicated when needing an answer to extend the rental length as needed until repairs to our own car were completed). Also, truly appreciate the integrity of the staff after the rental car was returned and we forgot our garage door opener to reach out and let us know that was the case and hold it for us so that we could retrieve it.”
