I must say this was one of the most comfortable and best interactions. Needless to say my mom loves her outfit and she loves to show it off to her friends. “I love this store the employees are always so happy to see me when I come in. This visit I was buying some Natori pj's and some robes that were on clearance. But anyone who is a fan of Natori, it can be hard to find I'm South Carolina. Dillards in Greenville at the haywood mall always has a great selection. I also fell in love with a dress from AFRM which I bought for valentine's day and I got so many compliments. Love love this brand!”

“Definitely recommend this Wilson’s for great customer service. I had a bad experience with the Simpsonville location, and was hesitant to go to this one. Needed balloons for a party and they were the nearest store. After the balloons were filled, the employee offered to help me get the balloons to my car since I had a lot. It was much appreciated!”

“With so many discounts and sales it's hard to know what the price will be at the register. The cashier was super patient with me as I checked pricing on some items before starting my transaction. She advised how much I would save if I opened a charge account. I was reluctant and she didn't press the point. When I was trying to decide about spending additional money for one last pair of pants, she gently inquired about the hesitation, and explained that if I applied for the credit card, that pair of pants would basically be free with the immediate 35% discount. She was very patient as I thought it through and did some calculations and decided to go ahead with the credit card application. I wish I got her name now. She was awesome. And she didn't speak so fast that I had to ask what she just said with every sentence. It was a very pleasant transaction experience. I generally go to a different Kohl's location, but will be happy to use this Woodruff road store since they have staff like her.”

“I was shopping for a dress and found that they had a good selection. The dress was in an area clearly marked 40% off. When I went to pay I was told “this one issue on sale, it doesn’t have a sticker.” The stylist was very polite and offered to let me apply for a Macys credit card to get a discount. I would have given them a 5 star review if the dress was in an area that was regular price. Macys did have a good selection of dresses, and several cashiers on the floor. No one offered to help me while I shopped.”

“Target is a decent store with a lot of choices. I bought a zero water filter that was on sale for 10 bucks less than what was on the website. You have options to choose from as they had zero water and several other choices so the selection was good. I do like the specials they have where you buy $50 and get a $15 gift card. I had some issues getting mine in self-serve check out but Brittany was able to help me out and she did a great job.”

After arguing by phone, email and FB for 3 weeks, with regard to an adjustable desk chair with a faulty hydraulic cylinder, I spoke with her on the phone after being told "the store will have to deal with it". She told me bring it in and they'd get it sorted, and she did. No problem, quickly and easily. She was awesome, customer service at it's best. I mussed getting her name but this was between 12 and 1, and she was AMAZING.”

“Nordstrom Rack is the best place to find good deals on clothes and shoes without the TJ Maxx crowd. The only thing I don't like is how they have it organized now- by brand, not clothing type. It's harder to shop, in my opinion. It won't stop me from checking here regularly for great deals and cute things for my closet!”
