“Jon at Mauldin location is the nicest helpful person with Tmobile..Upgraded my wife's phone with no issues. My phone got blocked , after tolerating me coming back at least 4 times in one day, Jon walked me thru every issue I had. Now I have a working phone and working great..thanks Jon”
“Kristy was extremely helpfully and a pleasure to work with today, she helped me switch to a new iphone with service from Metro! She made the process very simple and helped me to take advantage of one of the promos the store is running which left me spending less then expected!”
