“TLDR Personal Experience Story
I'm working through medications with my doctor to deal with a hormone inbalance. At my old pharmacy (CVS), when my insurance had questions about my medication, the pharmacy stuck me with a generic brand without asking or notifying me. I ended up having a horrible reaction that I still haven't fully recovered from years later. I just underwent another medication change, and my insurance is having the same reaction. At Publix, not only did the pharmacy notify me of the hang up with the insurance, but the customer service call line suggested ways for me to fix the issue and reassured me that they would have my medication, specificly by name, available whenever I was ready to come in. No time pressures, only understanding service. Grateful is an understatement, I feel cared for. Thanks again.”

“I love Los Arcos #1, I have been a customer for 2 years and I am happy and satisfied with each visit. The customer service is excellent, they have such nice, kind people here. “There might be few issues when it comes to inventory, sure. There are always stocking floats on the aisles, but we all know we can ask the workers about an item and they will help us find it (or the next best thing that they have)
If you only need a few things and youre not in too big of a hurry, this is a good place to stop.
There is one member of staff who is particularly helpful. There is also a woman who works the register that is the opposite. But it is still a really good DG.”
“This convenient convenience store is exactly that! All things from Gas, snacks. Use of tiny bathroom(bring sanitizers), same family has owned it for many years and they are very nice, fairly inexpensive, an has tshirts, socks, necessaries for you and your family, and habits ! Cute lighter leash too,ha ha !”
“Store opened promptly, one employee inside very courteous and came straight to register when I was ready to check out. New manager and assistant Mgr who help me this morning. Store is a HUGE improvement to what is has been! Clean, stocked shelves, everything very organized”
