“We had an issue with items in our pick-up order getting damaged before being brought out to us and needing to be re-shopped for. After 30 minutes of waiting we were told they lost track of the order and we would have to call customer service. Nathaniel stepped in, found our order, then went through each bag loading it to make sure nothing was missing. We are so grateful for this employee going out his way to make sure the mistakes were corrected.”
