“We had an issue with items in our pick-up order getting damaged before being brought out to us and needing to be re-shopped for. After 30 minutes of waiting we were told they lost track of the order and we would have to call customer service. Nathaniel stepped in, found our order, then went through each bag loading it to make sure nothing was missing. We are so grateful for this employee going out his way to make sure the mistakes were corrected.”
“Barron's is an old-fashioned department store and your one-stop for any clothing needs. Few modern stores carry such a wide variety, with many dress clothes or workwear requiring specialty stores or online ordering. They carry a wide range of dress clothes & suits, heavy duty & work clothes, boots, dress shoes, and everything in between, as well as a large women's section which I suppose is equally as well-stocked. The staff are super courteous and friendly as well”
