“This was my first time dealing with Link’s body shop. I was referred by a friend and boy he wasn’t wrong. They did a great job on the body of my car. I had a dent and a few scratches and had to get my mirror replaced. When I got my car back I was shocked because it looked brand new! I didn’t have to wait but two weeks and my car was back in my possession. I thought it would be about a month. I want to thank the hands of Link’s employees that fix my car in a timely manner. Oh yeah they even washed and cleaned it up as well and I didn’t ask them too! If you want your car fixed right after a collision or just need fixed give link’s body shop a try and you won’t be dissatisfied!”

“Dealership service departments have an unfortunate reputation for being too pricey and having substandard customer service. Charles Ray and his associates at Benson Nissan seem determined to change that narrative. Went in for rear brakes and discovered there were other issues. A discovery that could not have come at a worse time for me but I did not realize the team that was on my side. These gentlemen made sure that not only were my brakes professionally installed but the other issues were handled quickly and at a price that did not destroy my budget. As I waited for the work to be done I noticed how helpful and considerate they were to each and every customer that came into their department. Constantly putting their heads together to see how they could help their customers get back on the road as quickly and reasonably as possible. Having good prices is always a great thing but customer service at such a high level is something you simply cannot put a price on. Benson Nissan will be my go to place for any work done on my Rogue. A big thanks to you Charles and your associates. I could not have asked for better.”

“I had a loaner vehicle while my Crosstrek was being worked on. The service has excellent communication skills, constantly kept me updated ( even though I work 3rd shift). Micheal (service department) would text me later in the day. When I returned my loaner vehicle, I had accidentally left some items in the loaner. Deena called to inform me that left the items and put them to the side for me. On a previous trip Ms Kay kept my phone charger I left. She called and kept the charger until I was back in town. In sales department, Stephanie does a fantastic job matching your needs to the car that would benefit you as a customer.”

“Had the best experience here this store is in a prime location and it always seems to be stocked with product. I went in to get a light bulb for my car and I was under the impression that i would be spending around 30 for a low beam headlight bc the website stated the price was around 30 but when I got in the store it was actually cheaper. The service was stellar both coworkers took time from what they were doing to help me out and I appreciate that. Super friendly people and it just makes everything better when people are nice, happy, and actually enjoy their job. I would shop here again even if the price for the same product next door was several dollars cheaper just based on the service.”
