“Anastasia is not only so helpful, but incredibly knowledgeable! She helped us with an upgrade and the whole process was seamless. I enjoyed talking with her during the phone transfer and appreciated how personable she was with us. I won’t need a phone upgrade for awhile but I’ll be back just to say “hi” to her. If I had a company, I’d hire her just for her attention to detail and customer service skills.”

“This location is perfectly situated in the shopping center right at the entrance. We were greeted by Mark and he assisted me with my new phone. The store is well lit - lots of new devices - and they are preparing for their Black Friday Sales!! Very airy feeling - the employees had a great sense of humor. Very cute seating area with a huge TV screen and surround sound. Mark assisted me and continued to check on my phone while it was transferring data. Mark even provided great recommendations for the Charleston area eateries. Thank You Mark!!!”
