“We were having a billing problem with our Comcast bill. Our bill went up over $130. dollars a month without adding any extra services. I tried three times to get it fixed over the phone, and each time I was assured that it was fixed and it wasn't. We went to the Xfinity store in West Ashley on April 6, 2026.Janequa helped us and assured us that the problem was taken care of. Due to our previous experiences with Comcast, I felt hopeful but wanted to wait until the actual bill came Janequa not only fixed the problem but was able to lower our previous price by $10. a month. As retired Seniors, every little bit helps. We had discussed switching companies,but thanks to Janequa, we will be staying with Comcast.”
“Had the best experience at TMobile yesterday. I walked-in and was taken care of by Makiah Shenay. I got a new phone for Christmas and was apprehensive about transferring the phone number and my Mum’s older phone number over due to past responses of different answers, hoops to jump through, PIN numbers, phone call verifications from not being the administrator for the family plan. Thanks to Makiah’s professionalism, patience, and knowledge, it was an easygoing process that prevented distress. Makiah did an exceptional job addressing customers and checking them in to ensure the wait times weren’t as lengthy. Very appreciative of this pleasant customer service and relieved I didn’t have to change carriers!”
