“On our way to the beach the cars AC started acting up and not blowing as cold. I searched the area where we were staying for a well reviewed mechanic. Meineke car care center came up with good reviews and I was able to schedule online. I dropped the car off, the gentleman asked me a few questions and I headed out to run some errands in the area.
( lunch at the beer belly deli and some good cheese at Lee's farm market)
They called me and let me know what the issue was and price to fix. When I picked the car up Hunter checked me out and lived up to his online praise. quick efficient and honest.

“My husband, Tommy, recommended that I take my Nissan Versa to The Car Doc when I first got it as it was having some issues and had a few other owners before me. The Gentleman at The Car Doc did a bumper-to-bumper got everything itemized and called me before they did any work on anything. We agreed on the prices of everything which were very affordable. They did all the work and had the car back to me within two days and I’ve never looked for anywhere else to take my car.
So, when my son needed to take his Nissan Pathfinder to be properly repaired after he and his brother-in-law attempted different repairs and a traveling car repairman named Kevin made a few repairs and then kept ghosting my son. I told him to call The Car Doc to get an appointment and get the truck in there. They made all the repairs needed even replacing parts that my son had already purchased saving us even more money. We left out of there very happy. My son had a new lease on life for his Pathfinder that he loves so much and now has a trusted car mechanic!
My husband took his F150 there for years before he traded up on a Jeep and when it comes time to get any repairs on his jeep, that’s where we will take it.
I highly recommend them. They are honest. They are reasonable in price. And they don’t rob you just because they can like a lot of the places around here in Myrtle Beach”

“I stopped in right as they opened. No appointment and they see me right away. Larry and his crew saved me from ending up on the side of the road with a screw in my tire. “Came in for a tire rotation while on vacation. After the tires were inspected I was told it would be best to hold off on rotating them because the rear tire(s) were showing a bit more wear than the front and I could get a few more thousand miles out of them. I knew one of the rear tires had a very slow leak and asked if they could take a look. They found a leaking valve stem and replaced it. Super friendly! Super honest! I appreciated what they did for me. Definitely recommend them for service. Wish I knew of a place near home with similar customer service.”
