Dollar Tree is a great store that is kept well clean and is one of the largest in the area, both in size and amount of products. It is ideally located and fairly large, with a frozen section. Customers can often find items not available in other nearby locations. The store uses paper bags without handles due to city restrictions. However, the location is super struggling. It is constantly messy and/or low on supplies; if a customer sees an item, they should buy it because it likely will not be there on the next trip. Shelves are not replenished nor the tidiest. While not the messiest, and with boxes usually not in the way of aisles, the store often looks like no one did a cleanup recovery, even near opening. Management seems to hide instead of helping to check out or tidy the store as often as they should. The staff is phenomenal and cashiers are usually nice but clearly overworked, managing long lines with only one or two people. They have been yelled at by shoppers for things not their fault. While a cashier can be pleasantly engaging, other staff choices can cause delays. Some staff members need to treat customers equally and not be rude because of ego or control issues. Stockers tend to be a little weird and/or very loud, sometimes having very private conversations. Despite the hardships and mess, customers shop here and will continue to do so, promoting others to as well, but are advised not to have great expectations.
