He explained everything thoroughly and transferred all of my data from my old phone to my new. Even though i could have taken the two phones with me during the transfer, he didn't mind me waiting at the store while that was being done. I was there less than an hour. “I'm sorry, I know I'm gonna butcher your name, but Leatreasa absolutely turned my experience around. I suspended service on a line (grounded my kid) and went back to activate the line...and the line was not on my account anymore.
I chatted with the bot and it just kept asking me if I needed more help and never answered my question. I called and asked for customer service to help with what i thought would be a trivial issue, but the guy i got was trying to give me a promotion and a new phone and line. Got frustrated and decided to go to the actual store.
Full transparency, the lack of being able to solve a simple problem via chat or calling customer service had me frustrated to the point of just paying off the devices and moving to a different carrier. Thankfully I got an absolutely amazing representative who solved all my problems with the click of a button. Seriously, I know its a trivial issue, but the experience I had with online and over the phone help left me wondering about customer service in general with Verizon. She fixed it and has my thanks....I did not wanna call back and jump through the hoops again and still have no resolution. It's Saturday, I just wanna chill. Thank you!”
“Amazingly experienced technical help at this store! My phone did a reset (still can't figure out how that happened). All of my phone info was GONE. These wonderful people were able to restore my contacts and photos. I was incredibly grateful. Also learned the Verizon messenger does not back up your texts. The app doesn't even have the feature to save conversations. If they get deleted, they are gone forever.”

“We stopped by the Target in North Charleston during our vacation and were really pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, bright, and well-organized. The layout made it easy to find what we needed—and a few fun extras we didn’t plan on but couldn’t resist.
They had a great selection across the board, from fresh produce and snacks to clothing, toiletries, and even a few travel must-haves we had forgotten to pack. The seasonal section was nicely done, and the store didn’t feel chaotic or overcrowded, even though it was fairly busy.
The staff were friendly and quick to offer help when we had a question. Checkout was smooth and efficient, and the self-checkout area was clean and working well. Another big plus: the restrooms were very clean and well-maintained—something we always pay attention to when we’re on the road.
