“Had an issue with my MIL-AMP200BT amplifier in my golf cart. I took the amp out to try and troubleshoot, but didn't have the original wiring harnesses to connect to the power source and speakers. I contacted Prospec and they effortlessly sent me the needed wiring harnesses. Top notch customer service, which is hard to find in today's world.”

“I went in Thursday August 20. I dealt with Tony. He stayed after hours to help me. We ran into issues with my previous phone dying and we couldn't charge it up to set up my new phone. He went above the call of duty to help me in every way possible. We couldn't do it due to my previous phone breaking. He did set me up with a Pixel which I love. If Tony reads this, I sprayed contact cleaner in my old phone and was able to charge it. Believe me he tried everything he could to help me. Thank you for your patience Tony. I figured the rest out. I wish all stores had helpful sales people like Tony. Good Job!!!”

“I’m not sure why this place gets so many 1-2 star reviews. 7-11 is fast and convenient with a restroom and ATM. Dunkin is also fast with a drive-thru. This place also has a gas station and a mini car wash. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because I haven’t utilized their gas station yet. Also, this is a 7-11/gas station. I’m not sure why people have such high standards. In fact, the amount of amenities this place has is VERY convenient.”

“This place is awesome ? Always so clean and friendly staff- the service is great, they can take special requests for menu items and go above and beyond for their repeat customers!!
The breakfast is my favorite, reasonably priced $3.50 and it's quality food. They have a full coffee bar and all the syrup cinnamon and coco you need. I get a great value here when I use my app discounts and shop at the convenience store attached- I appreciate this is a nice restaurant as it helps maintain a super clean environment for all the guests and workers! Really great staff- ?
*Honestly these negative reviews are unfair. 1star because if a pump issue. Erin. My guy.. just get the camera footage and timestamps- yeah get in touch with corporate to double check and maybe management can do this. If your sure it was a mistake it can be fixed.. Do a little bit, just a small amount of self due diligence and get it figured out. Maybe the $25.00 was accidentally sent to wrong pump- it happens and CAN be fixed. You dont need to scorch the earth and ruin others when its just life man. It happens.. anyways its not fair. Not fair to management and not fair to the hundreds of people that come here daily and get great service. Bashing the people actually trying... I go here literally everyday and always have a 5 star experience ✨️ check it out and you'll see”

“Bob was great! I really wanted to thank him for his work.
We were on vacation in Charleston when our son had an issue with his phone. We had planned on being in Mount Pleasant that morning and there was a Verizon store near us. We stopped in to explore the options he had.
Bob (aka Robert from Sandwich) explained our options for him. While at it, he looked over the entire account and gave us a list of options for each of us. He took his time to tell us the benefits and any adjustments that could be made. We had only intended to fix one phone but we all four left wih new phones. Bob was great and I just wanted to thank him for taking great care of us.
