I pulled up in the parking lot and walked into the store. Both employees were outside and saw me walk in. I had to go back outside and ask one of them to help me. Then when I tried to pay my bill they had no money in the store and couldn’t make change. Need better customer service!!!

don't ever go to Dorchester road... the agent wad rude and kicked me out of the store because I wanted to add a line and get a free phone.......

Waited 30 minutes and still no one here. Sign says they'll be back in 30 minutes and still no service. Last time I came at 10a.m. when they were supposed to open and didn't get someone until almost 11a.m. They need more "responsible" people at this location.
