“The only time i've ever felt happy leaving a suit fitting / rental. I'm a larger guy, so It's already uncomfortable to shop for menswear, and i've never been happy with the fit of any rental suit from other providers.
I walked into Tuxedo junction with no appointment on a lark becuase they had other great reviews. They were able to accomodate me on a short timeline, and took great care to help me look my best and feel comfortable.
What's great is that they have all of their inventory in house, so you don't have to get fitted and then get the suit shipped to a pickup location last minute, and if it's not perfect you're SOL.
You pick the style you want on your first visit, then schedule what days you need the suit. On pickup day, you try everything on, and they very quickly tailor everything on the spot exactly how you want it, and you're on your way.
Can't recommend them enough, great experience.”

“A great store. Incredible staff. Dillon was the most knowledgeable employee I have ever met at one of the colehaan stores. I have Shopped the Asheville store and the store in Myrtle Beach when they had a location there. But Charleston is my favorite location because of the staff. Of course,I love my shoes. “Had to do some last minute shopping for a 12 day vacation and stopped in Calvin Klein at the Tanger Outlets in N Charleston. Both Zya and Ricardo helped me. They were friendly, patient, professional and all around great representatives of the store and brand. You would think you’re really in Africa love that we have a home base here in Charleston South Carolina, where we can go get items directly from Africa, our Original Roots. I purchased bracelets from Ghana and sea moss I definitely will be returning to get all my African And health beneficial needs.”

“Phenomenal customer experience today. Was shopping with my 9 year old to get her first pair of converse :) both of the women employees that we interacted with were just awesome! The woman on the floor offered assistance and I asked about how much to size down. She gave some guidance and then offered to check the fit for me. The woman at the register was so sweet-my daughter was using birthday money to pay her own way and the way the employee took care of her was genuinely outstanding. “Hollister Co. in Northwoods Mall in North Charleston is a great place to go for all things surf and beach clothes. I really like the atmosphere of the store as you are in a different place as soon as you enter and that it still exists after all these years in the same location. The staff here is very attentive and adds to the shopping experience.”

“Great customer service is something we all hope to receive as consumers, but this past weekend my husband and I had an experience that truly stood out.
We stopped by Gap near the end of the day to look for work pants, and while we were shopping, a young gentleman who was sweeping the floor approached my husband with the kindest and most respectful demeanor. He spoke to us about the store credit card, which we politely declined since we are currently in the process of buying a home and aren’t able to apply for anything right now.

“The service and selection here is fantastic. The store is well laid out so you can easily find whatever style shoe or clothing you want. My husband is preparing his outfit for a wedding and needed black dress shoes. They had the perfect pair of black, double monk strap shoes and he loved how comfortable and stylish they were. They were even on a markdown so he got a great pair of shoes at an even better price. They are definitely worth what you pay. We were helped by a wonderful employee there who was happy to give us recommendations and answer any questions we had. My husband got to walk around the store and feel out his new shoes before purchase so he was completely happy with them.
