Joe was so helpful to us on his first day! He was very kind and answered all of our questions throughly. Adam also helped us along the way. Highly recommend this location for all your Verizon needs! :)

Took a day longer than expected for my phone to come in, but once it did some in Sam made it an easy process of setting up the phone. Very nice !

I just want to start by saying Derrick Boston has the patience of a saint! He was amazing with helping me! His customer service is impeccable! He deserves a raise! Only if everyone was so kind and friendly and helpful! He made my experience one that will always have me coming back to Verizon!
