“I was searching for a new carrier since I was disappointed with Verizon. Mike helped me right away and helped me pick out a phone for my needs. He explained everything thoroughly and transferred all of my data from my old phone to my new. Even though i could have taken the two phones with me during the transfer, he didn't mind me waiting at the store while that was being done. I was there less than an hour. Thank you, Mike, for your patience and professionalism.”
“Stephee and Kenya gave superb customer service. I entered the store. Stephee was with another customer, yet she took time to give myself and another customer a response warm welcome. She had another customer waiting for her help. When she completed helping the first customer she checked to see what our needs were. Quickly she helped the customer who came in with me, helped me to see that I needed to contact customer service an the moved on to help the customer who was waiting for her.
Kenya came to my aid after I contacted customer service and was informed that I needed to have my daughter (the account owner) on the line. Kenya allowed me to contact my daughter then she guided her in what she needed to do so that we could resolve the problem.

“Amazingly experienced technical help at this store! My phone did a reset (still can't figure out how that happened). All of my phone info was GONE. These wonderful people were able to restore my contacts and photos. I was incredibly grateful. Also learned the Verizon messenger does not back up your texts. The app doesn't even have the feature to save conversations. If they get deleted, they are gone forever.”

“I haven't had any problems with them. I've placed orders around 1am (overnight) and they're typically ready 8:30/9am the next morning. Even placed same day orders that have been ready within 2-4 hours. 11x14 poster o submitted overnight and picked up this morning.”

“I’ve been going to this store for 4 years now and I HAVE TO WRITE THIS TO SHED LIGHT!
I just wanted to say that I really enjoy going to the 7-Eleven on Rivers. The store is always super clean, and it just feels really comfortable every time I go in. Montez, the new manager, really runs a tight ship, and you can tell the whole team respects him. I also have to give a shout-out to Luis, the cashier—he’s always friendly and makes every visit a breeze. I really appreciate how good the whole place feels!
