“Amazingly experienced technical help at this store! My phone did a reset (still can't figure out how that happened). All of my phone info was GONE. These wonderful people were able to restore my contacts and photos. I was incredibly grateful. Also learned the Verizon messenger does not back up your texts. The app doesn't even have the feature to save conversations. If they get deleted, they are gone forever.”
“The Phone Man is such an awesome repair man. He repaired my husband‘a phone .My husband had problem not being able to charge his phone. Curtis got it repaired quick as new part came in. Then my husband dropped his phone and broke the glass and Curtis repaired it within an hour. We thank the Phone Man for his knowledge and experience repairing cell phones. “Stephee and Kenya gave superb customer service. I entered the store. Stephee was with another customer, yet she took time to give myself and another customer a response warm welcome. She had another customer waiting for her help. When she completed helping the first customer she checked to see what our needs were. Quickly she helped the customer who came in with me, helped me to see that I needed to contact customer service an the moved on to help the customer who was waiting for her.
Kenya came to my aid after I contacted customer service and was informed that I needed to have my daughter (the account owner) on the line. Kenya allowed me to contact my daughter then she guided her in what she needed to do so that we could resolve the problem.
