“The in-store experience was right on, Peg was a tremendous help and demonstrated great patience with us as previous SN owners.
We had a rather difficult experience with the SN customer service team but the store personnel, Peg and Starr came to our rescue. Starr was able to contact thereafter folks on our behalf and facilitated a proper price match. The unfortunate part is the customer service team could have, given proper training, handled the issue and would have saved face for the team as well as saved many hours of holding on the phone. Again this was not the store team.”

“I bought a house back in April, and me and my grandparents decided to come to Unclaimed furniture for the shopping. They had such a nice collection of furniture, good customer service, store was clean, and they delivered it for an incredibly reasonable price. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this place was so great I had to. I can’t believe people go to Rooms to go for rip off prices, when you can go here and get it over half the price and cheaper delivery to your house. If I ever need something else, I will come back here”

“Went here for the 1st time on Monday June 22nd 2026 with my aunt and mom. Note this review is 5-4 stars. So many people may ask- what is Carolina Pottery-- I would call it a home store that has floral arrangements, pictures, outdoor furniture, wine, kitchen supplies, decor items, and plenty more! It is quite a big store and located at the Tanger outlets on 501. Because this is a mall, we found plenty of parking and parked. Walked in and within 5 minutes saw a canvas sunflower picture! I was excited because I've been looking for something like that, and never found it in any of the other furniture stores! So then I grabbed a wagon, and put it in the wagon. Oh, and they already had fall/halloween/christmas stuff out already. Why do retail stores rush this kind of stuff? Anyways store was clean and organized. What i also loved about this store is that they had plenty of selection of color items like if you need a red candle holder- guess what, they have it! Even their wall hangings are more colorful, and have colors that pop. My mom also found a blue whale and green turtle. The only thing about this store is that the prices can be expensive- like 60.00 for a fourth of july/american flag for the garden. When we were done, we went to the cashier. Cashier was pleasant, and we paid via credit card- 35.00 for the sunflower picture, and in total we spent 61.53. Oh, and i noticed at the register- there are pictures of people, and then the words Jailed with a smiley face. While it is good that they condemn stealing, and that definitely might deter from-- a responsible paying customer doesn't need to see that. Also while we were shopping, there was hardly anyone in the store, as far as customers. If one hasn't been there, highly suggest to check the store out, especially if you like items with color! Loving my new canvas of sunflowers, and will be back to check out their other items!”

“Stopped in to look for a nightstand. They have a really nice inventory of solid wood furniture, among other furnishings. I was greeted warmly by Sam. Took me about 3 min to find something I liked. The price was very reasonable, and Sam was great! I will absolutely return for other pieces of furniture. Casual and customer friendly. No pressure. Very helpful. Professional. Personable. Sam was a pleasure. It's definitely a place worth checking out if you are searching for furniture and home decor.”

“I have used this rent a center multiple times. Porcha is amazing. She will go above and beyond to help you, bundling your furniture ect. To save you $$$. Porcha is very professional, polite. I have changed my mind several times in ordering something different I found and she is extremely patient and kind. The store is clean, the men who deliver are very professional on time and careful with the furniture when they put it together. Porcha really does make this rent a center the best in Horry County.”
