“I passed this store today, glanced at the gas prices, and did a u- turn. I filled up my little Yelp car and was pleased to do so. This was the cheapest gas I saw today. Excellent price. I went inside and saw a genuinely clean store. Maybe that borderline vulgar sign in the restroom helps! I liked the variety of snacks and beverages; there's a lot of them. They also sell live fishing worms! This store has only one restroom to be shared by Ladies and Gentleman!”

“They advertised gas at $2.83 credit and $2.73 cash. I used my "Debit Card" which is the same as cash in the entire civilized world. However at this gas station they charged me the credit card price and I guess everyone else. In my Opinion this is false advertisement and a "RIP OFF" of the consumer. I purchased 10 gallons so they owe me $1.00. It's the principle. -----
After reading and talking to the owner of this business I have an understanding of why my card was used as a credit card vs a debit card. It was "My Mistake" not using the pump correctly. I put my card in the slot and then selected debit on the screen. However, I should have selected Debit first and then put my card in the slot. "HOLY COW" things this day and age are very complicated for a 75 year old.
In addition I had a problem with the receipt. The receipt said $28.28 but my bank showed an amount of $30.87. I again confronted the owner about the discrepancy. After a discussion, I believed the explanation given. It was "not" my receipt but a previous customer's receipt that was left in the pump. WOW, I need to stay at home. Sorry about the previous review.”

Had a quick stop here and saw a great selection of food, drinks, and snack items... donuts, hotdogs, etc. Restroom for women had 3 toilets. No hand dryer available... only paper towels.”
“Was needing some gas and I happened upon this convenience store. WOW! Was I shocked and pleased at the cheap prices! The cheapest I've seen in my nearby hometown is one place at 2.99 per. gal and that's paying in cash! Cards are generally .10 cents per. gal. more. I decided to fill up and was rather ecstatic to do so. The fuel prices were the same! Either cash or credit or debit. I will most definitely stop here again!”

“This is a right nice store to make a quick stop to get your On The Go essentials! Most anything a traveler would need can be purchased here. I made my very first stop today mainly out of curiosity! I must admit that I was a bit surprised by the sheer volume of merchandise in here. Every single item that I saw had the price clearly marked! I did deduct one star because for a convenience store to get star number five from me you must sell either Tom's or Mac's pork skins! Would I stop here again? Absolutely! unless I wanted my precious pork skins!”

“Store 244 is the place to go to! I stop by every morning to grab a biscuit deal for my wife and I . They have the best coffee machines , and they season their food! Also shout out to Tasha for giving me a heads up on Xtras day, got a full tank for the price I would have paid in 1994! Hands down the best store!”

“I never leave reviews anywhere but I really enjoyed stopping here. Been on over a 2000 mile road trip and this has been the best stop of all. Clean, friendly, has everything you need. Best of all, I thought it was cool that the sink in the bathroom was accessible for people in wheelchairs ! I don’t use one, but how crazy is it to go 2000+ miles and only see one ??? Including state rest areas too !We had issues pumping DEF and someone came out and showed us and helped us. Staff was just amazing.They also give free meals to truck drivers who buy over 50 gallons of diesel fuel. Coming from a long line of truckers - I love this ! I’ve also not seen this before.Plus, looking at the pay on their hiring signs, I thought it was fair ! I wish we had these in NC because I’d love to support.”
