“I love Pacolet IGA. The meat department is phenomenal and I love being able to ask any of the butchers to order something for you, cut something or just offer some advice. Great selection of products throughout the store”

**Exceptional Service at Publix on E Main Street, Spartanburg, SC!**
I had an outstanding experience at the Publix grocery store off E Main Street in Spartanburg, SC, thanks to the exceptional help from Brittany F. She truly went above and beyond to assist me with a situation I was dealing with.
Brittany broke down my dilemma in three different ways to help me find a solution. She patiently explained each method, ensuring I understood every step. Not only did she help me locate the item I needed, but she also guided me on how to save the information on my phone so I wouldn't face the same issue in the future.
What impressed me the most was how Brittany didn't hesitate to assist with a setting on my phone, even though it was beyond her typical job responsibilities. Her willingness to go the extra mile and provide such comprehensive support is something I have never experienced before in customer service at a grocery store.
Publix always has great staff, but SHOUT OUT TO BRITTANY F TODAY FOR BEING ABOVE AND BEYOND, and for doing MORE than “the average person.” Brittany, you get true recognition for today's help. Thank you for making my day and ensuring I left the store with a smile.

“My new favorite grocery store. This place is HUGE!!! The only problem is they keep it like 60 degrees in the store, so I'm sure it's uncomfortable for a lot of people, and sometimes makes you cut your shopping trip short.
The other huge fault of this place is the TERRIBLE self checkout. The machines mess up constantly, over and over again every single visit. It is so aggravating. It can ruin an otherwise great shopping experience.
However, there are so many positives to shopping here that it makes up for the faults. They have a great bakery. Great deli. Even have Chinese food. And pizza. Good meat market. And every other thing that can be found in a grocery store.
Employees are typically friendly as well. For me, I like it better than Aldi, Lidl, even Publix.”
“Never seem to have much of a problem coming here for gas it's always a good experience... Well the price of gas is not a good experience but the rest of it is..???..We shop at Ingles for many things and then we save money on gas so it helps a lot..This last time I only got 5 cents off per gallon but still it helped and the time before that we got 20 cents off per gallon and that really was great especially when gas prices were at their maximum I like shopping Ingles the people are always wonderful and the service is good...Highly Recommend...”
“I'm so glad they build a dollar general near my house! I've remembered that they had there grand opening back in 2019. First time me and my mom went was after my 8th grade awards ceremony to buy a picture frame. And now very friendly staff that just say, "how are you" or a "hey there".”
“Me giving a five star review to this chain store is comparable to being abducted by aliens from another planet! After years of disappointment at least one of your locations got it right! No empty shelves! No stock on the floor blocking isles! Very commendable! Friendly, helpful associates! I received a call from my wife asking me to stop and get a few things for a photo shoot of my new third grandson. I attempted a lame excuse because I didn't want the frustration of coming up empty handed with the photographer on the way. Surprise, Surprise, Surprise, as Gomer Pyle would have said it best! They have wheelchair accessibility, parking is convenient and it's not hard to access the property. I would recommend this store to anyone who loves the dollar stores like I do and if you've never been to one please go if you don't like some of them you'll like this one”

“This Dollar General is indeed one cut above the norm for this chain. To my surprise it was almost perfectly stocked! With this group thats a welcome sight! Every isle was neat and fully supplied. They even had a cooler full of milk and other dairy products. The stand out feature for me was the very nice looking Carolina Gamecocks caps! Very nice and appreciated and not seen at any of their other locations today. I would definitely like to do some serious shopping here soon! Thanks! I had a good experience today!”
“I’m so glad this place is here now much closer then pacolet or Cowpens. The self check out is awesome love it. I’m a realist I know those employees have their hands full with carts to put up and keeping the store clean and helping customers that just do t want to use self checkout. So customers may say that employees are rude it’s not that at all , they just have a lot of work to do with no labor allowed by corporate. So be kind to them they are just doing their jobs.”

“This is a typical convenience store. It's located in the Corinth community in Gaffney S.C. Also it's about 4 or 5 miles outside of the city limit. Take Hwy.18 towards Jonesville, S.C. It's on the right! Can't miss it! They have the usual merchandise. Gas pumps, ice, Etc. Basically the store serves the community that it's located in and is needed! I saw nothing unusual or unexpected here. It's a good place to stop and it's pretty much a last stop until you reach Jonesville S.C.!”

“DG is one of the fastest growing companies in the country and it's obvious to me why that is. They have a bunch of cheap garbage for sale out in the middle of nowhere. Their prices are good enough and their rural locations mean I don't have to drive 30 minutes for the basics. It's so convenient that I don't even care that the cashiers look like opioid addicts.”
“Shout out to Matthew with the long-ish curly brown hair for providing Chick-fil-a level service at Walmart. Half the time you can’t even get an employee to open their register (more so at the Supercenters than the Neighborhood Markets) but Matthew came to my trunk and offered to take my buggy without prompting in 95 degree weather. He was polite and went out of his way to be helpful. Thanks, Matthew! Top notch customer service always deserves to be recognized and rewarded!”
