“Very helpful customer service. A young man (Ian?) walked us through some challenges with setting up accounts for recently arrived citizens. He stayed late, gave us options and explained things so we were clear on our choices.
We had to use the ATM outside and I was surprised to find the only one available was in the drive up lane. It felt a little dangerous for us to stand there while working on the machine.”

“I was out of town, but I stopped in on a late Friday afternoon to deposit a check before the weekend. I was in a hurry, but the teller, Libby, told me about a promotion that I should consider. I told her I was in a hurry, but she insisted that I hear her out. I am so glad that I did because her advice paid off greatly.
