I was in and out of the bank in less than 5 mins. Her coworkers should take note of her actions and behavior and follow suit.”
“Very helpful customer service. A young man (Ian?) walked us through some challenges with setting up accounts for recently arrived citizens. He stayed late, gave us options and explained things so we were clear on our choices.
We had to use the ATM outside and I was surprised to find the only one available was in the drive up lane. It felt a little dangerous for us to stand there while working on the machine.”
“Great place to bank. Friendly and helpful staff. They know you as a person not an account. Wish all banks were this "hometown" friendly. Always helpful and willing to research and answer questions. Only drawback is when they transfer in/out most of the tellers, but they get to know you quickly. Love this bank!”

I told her I was in a hurry, but she insisted that I hear her out. I am so glad that I did because her advice paid off greatly.
