I was there and a lady came in who was sent there from an insurance company for an impossible phone repair and even though she was rude and didn't even know why she was there or which company sent her, Mike kindly told her where to go and what she would end up having to do. What a great business! Go see Mike at icell phones, he'll help you!”

“I went to T mobile in Cherry Dale 12/ 8/ 2025 horrible customer service no one acknowledged yiu when you come in sat there for 30 mins no one said anything so we left. We We went to Mauldin Tmobile 12/9/ 2025 was the exact same thing no acknowledged us when we walk in the store We sat for about 30 mins Some ladies came in they acknowledged them and said they would be with them so we got up and left and drove to Augusta street Tmobile amazing customer service soon as we walked in we were welcomed in the store Everyone spoke and went above and beyond to find what we needed.
