“This location has been amazing and thorough with us! Angelina helped resolve the problem we had from another store. We will drive past our location (Pickens) to go to this location. The other advised us wrong then when we returned during business hours there was a sign on the door saying they would return at a later time.”

“Long time Metro customer went to Easley store today to upgrade to new cell phone and needed a new tablet. Young ladies D & S went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deals and payment plan. They were patient, answered all my questions, and were very informative. I appreciate all their help, I expected to pay way more than I did. I hope their manager realizes how valuable they are. Thank you again ladies and like I said earlier today yall were awesome!”

Went in and explained that I needed to resolve issue as I was going out of town due to a death in the family and I needed a phone that worked. The young lady and gentleman in front worked on the phone and ultimately resolved the problem and I apologize for not remembering their names but I am very appreciative for the time they both took to understand my situation and resolve the problem ? ?”
