“The parking lot is one of those Loves parking lots that suck. It can get too cluttered at times, and too many truckers going in different directions in a small space. Also, if you're getting off the exit on 85 going North it's a little annoying with all the traffic at the intersection. They may need to put up a traffic light.”
“Fantastic prices. The store manager, John, really strives to make fair pricing even on the allocated items. He's making long time clients by this. His prices are always reasonable, and never much over MSRP. And throw in the sales occasionally and you can get great bottles for under MSRP!”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting your gas station today and I must say that the customer service exceeded my expectations in every way.
From the moment I pulled into the station, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the attendant. They promptly guided me to an available pump, ensuring I had no issues accessing it. The cleanliness of the entire station, including the pumps and surrounding area, was impressive, which made the experience even more pleasant.
While refueling, I had a minor issue with my payment method. The attendant was incredibly patient and helpful, assisting me step-by-step to resolve the problem. They explained the process clearly and reassured me that it was no trouble at all. Their professionalism and calm demeanor turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and easy resolution.
Additionally, the convenience store was well-stocked and organized. The cashier greeted me with a smile and quickly processed my purchase. They even took a moment to suggest a special promotion on a product I was buying, which saved me a bit of money as well as your Vap promotion is excellent.
What truly stood out was the level of personalized support I received. When I mentioned I was unfamiliar with the area and asked for directions, the staff went above and beyond by providing detailed instructions and even recommended a nearby restaurant for a quick bite.
Overall, the exceptional service and genuine care demonstrated by the team here made a significant positive impression on me. It’s evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, and I wholeheartedly recommend this station to anyone in need of gas or convenience store items. I will definitely be returning for future visits.

I’ll call this location because Powderville location did not have my medicine in stock was told they had to order it two days go by no medicine and still didn’t hear anything so I gave them a call. They told me that it was on order, but they didn’t know when it will be in so disappointing so I reached out to Easley branch and luke was able to fill my medicine the same day in 20 minutes, so thank you Luke for loving your job, and pleasing your your customers.”

“This is my favorite gas station to visit, and it’s not because of the gas. QT is a welcome addition to Easley, and for a minute I was addicted to those frozen drinks!!! The staff is friendly and says hello when you walk in.The cappuccino is tasty, especially after you doctor it up. They have freshly made pizza, corn dogs, pastries, hot dogs with a chili station. They also sell ice cream and milk shakes, you can even get some mac and cheese if you want. Hopefully they will bring another QT to Easley, it’s good for Dodges to have some competition!”

Not to mention, 90% of you claim to have never been in this store. 70% of you come with that "you're in America" speech. Yall realize 90% of us are traced back to someone who had to fight thru the "you're in America now" stuff.... your great grandma's would be so proud.This is what I know.... I lived down the road from here for 4 years. Saw Neil, his family, and employees just about every day. We moved 2 years ago and stopped by there the next week. Neil asked how our move went, asked about our dog, and still had her favorite snack. He always made sure he had our regular items, asked about our kid, and checked on us if he didn't see one of us for a few days.They good people”

“The 2 ladies working on the inside were so nice I paid for gas at the pump and needed a receipt I really hated to go inside they were really busy, but I ask if I could get a receipt for the gas I had pumped outside and I really was expecting a NO right away but 1 of the woman continued to Ring people up and the other nice lady got me a receipt really fast and these days if you go into a gas station you don’t find good customer service or at least I don’t but these two ladies were above and beyond”

“Great location overall, but I noticed there’s an underutilized parking area that could really benefit from EV charging stations. I’ve seen other Spinx locations and similar retailers install Tesla chargers, and it seems like a perfect fit here. Adding charging stations would not only make good use of the space but also bring in additional revenue while attracting more customers driving electric vehicles.
Would love to see this location take that step forward!”
