“Nice little post office but if you see the water truck there just keep going because that guy blocks the driveway and you can't get around him. People end up having to back out and onto the road to get out, and if you are pulling in when that is happening then you have to back out to let them out. It's a mess.”

“Great place for delivery! I had a 650 mile run got it there same day went to check in at door 43 and they where extremely nice. They did ask me to roll out the roller cars which is not hard and I helped scan stuff on the way out the trailer. I was EXTREMELY TIRED I asked if I could park and get some rest they allowed me by the fence. But I can’t say for sure if they allow this all the time. They just knew I had to push to get there the same day and I looked dead I guess haha. Very nice place clean. Thanks guys! Hope to be back! What a pleasure. Got unloaded under a hour. (Had half a trailer)”

“This location is always a pleasant postal experience. I absolutely love doing business here. The employee is such a personable individual and a hard worker. She is always professional and handles transactions quickly. It is a small location with limited services, but worth utilizing. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Great service, thank you!”

“This was a great post office, and I wish that I had been to it sooner! It’s tucked in and a little hard to find unless you’re looking for it, but other than that, I’ve had two (2) great experiences here. Both times I went, the employees were very kind, the line was short, and I was able to take care of my business very efficiently! Would recommend!”

“I took my two kids to get their passports made today, and the young lady at the counter was very professional, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. I appreciate her meticulous attention to detail to our paperwork. High five to this employee who made this a smooth process.”

“My visits there was pleasant and the postal workers displayed professionalism. The post office is kept neat and clean.
I want to give a shout out to Wallace he was our previous carrier on the route that I live on.
The 3 different carriers that we have now is a problem. It have been incidents where my mail was delivered to my next door neighbor address.
The mail wasn't delivered, my daughter had her title sent to my address never received it.
I had mail from Social Security that I never received. Thank God I was able to go on the site to see what the was in ference to letter was surrounding. Spoke to the post office manager, and let her know if I continue to have problems I will contact the main post office to file a complaint.
So far everything's going smoothly for the time being I hope it continues.”

“We would give them 10 stars if it were possible. We drive the extra distance to deal with them. Their staff is ALWAYS helpful and there rarely is a line of more than 2 or 3 people. The office if always clean and decorated. We are a pretty large company and have lots of mail going out and as I said, we drive the extra distance because we know it will be handled right at Trenholm.”
“I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to the Leesburg Post Office. When I walked into the building, there was a line almost out the door, and I expected to be there for a while. However, the employees did a great job of getting all the patrons through the line, while still addressing their needs, answering all their questions, and being generally helpful and polite. In addition, I was also pleasantly surprised at the fact that they had a full sheet of international stamps - most post offices these days only have a half or partial sheet, but they were fully stocked!
In the future, I might go a few minutes out of my way to use this office!”

“I had a great experience at this post office! I had to purchase some money orders for the first time, and the clerk was very nice and helpful, and had the task completed in a courteous manner and in only a few minutes. The inside of the office was very nice as well - it was clean, spacious, and had a retro-classic vibe.
This post office isn’t really in my neighborhood, but if it was, I’d have no issues utilizing it again! Would recommend it for anybody in the vicinity!”
“As I read some of the negative the reviews, I wondered to myself. I have used this post office for 26 years for all my services I needed. I have found my overall experience to be very good. I have had mail lost or delayed, long wait lines, and at times what seemed like workers doing the best they could with what they have that day. Because, I'm in the customer service related business, giving GRACE! Great job for the seen and unseen staff working at this location.”
