“10/10 I would give 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond for me. I was traveling south bound 95 I hit a pot hole and two of my tires went out at 6 pm on Thursday evening. They got me tires by 10 am the next morning cause they had to order them. They let me stay at their lounge overnight cause I didn’t have enough money for a hotel. I’m from Florida so I had 3 1/2 hr more to drive. Everybody I mean everybody that works there was so nice to me. They even brought me breakfast.”

“Friendliest people you could ever meet. My daughter's car has been looked at by a few different body shops, all with outrageous quotes and turn around times.
These gentlemen were able to get it fixed in less than 24 hours, shiny and new and at a fraction of the price.
We were referred by our service tech at Toyota and he said it was a little bit of a drive but worth it, he was 100% correct.

“8/16/2023My Granddaughter was stuck in Ridgeland, S.C. She was traveling from Virginia to Florida. She was by herself and stranded quite a ways from home.Her car had broken down at mile marker 28. She was rescued by Highway Patrol and taken somewhere safe and contacted me in Jacksonville, FL to help her get a place to stay. I got her a room at Days Inn and the next morning 8/17/2023 I had to find some company to tow her car, see what was wrong with it and fix it.I called Scott's Automotive. They jumped right on the situation. Within 20 mins they had procured the key from her at the hotel, went to the car, and towed the car to their shop.Within 30-40 mins they called me with repair information. The serpentine belt had snapped. They gave me a very fair quote for towing and repairs.The car was fixed and ready to go within the hour. They went back to the hotel and picked up my granddaughter. I was shocked, to say the least.If you ever find a need for a great shop with great service and great people look for SCOTT's AUTOMOTIVE.As a business owner, I was IMPRESSED by this company, its service, and its willingness to go above and beyond for a stranded traveler!Karen Harrell”

“Great Mom & Pop Paint & Body Shop. Jeff got my Mustang fixed up from two mishaps. The 1st being a 18 wheeler side swipe it like it was a tinder profile. ? The 2nd was a 18 wheeler retread that a suv on the interstate had kicked up from the edge of the road. ? Fun experience. Poping out my rear quarter panel, fixing the bumpers and installing the new front lip. They got her looking new again.”

“Two points:
First, the repair work on my car was excellent. That is crucial.
Second, when I went to make my appointment, they told me I would have to leave my car before they would order the parts, which could in of itself take up to a week. Then the work would take 4 to 6 days. I didn't want to be without my car that long. They said they were concerned people would make appointments, have parts ordered, and then not show up. I offered to pay for the parts myself ahead of time. They said they don't do that. I offered to give a credit card deposit. They said they don't do that. Customer service is not their strong point.”
