He quickly diagnosed the main problem with my A/C system on my 2008 Avalanche, then after replacing the compressor found that the blend door was malfunctioning and replaced it. “Paul's was recommended by several neighbors and they did not disappoint. I needed to have a shop where I could stay while having my oil changed but wasn't comfortable with the drive through places. They scheduled me the next day. The employees were friendly especially the gentleman at the desk (forgive me forgot name) and got me started right on time. They did my oil change then rotated my tires and gave an overall check of the car. The technician, Zack, explained everything and I felt safe driving out. This will be my go to service center. Oh, and did I mention it didn't hurt my wallet.”

“This was one awesome job that I was so ecstatic about, so I had to write the review. My wife's 2012 Jeep Wrangler was a mess from an accident and with some assistance getting the parts - Buddy and his Team made it happen. No insurance used as it was an all out of pocket expense, they really did a GREAT job. It took me some time to locate a shop that would have the capability and I hit the jack pot.”
“DONT USE THIS SHOP. The owner gave my brand new truck back with crooked doors from improper installation, took my money and refuses to fix it. I was T Boned by a distracted driver and chose this company to complete the repairs. Huge mistake. I dropped my 2019 Ram off on Nov. 8th and the owner (Bud) said it would be done the week before Thanksgiving. The accident was October 2, and he made sure all parts were ordered before I could drop it off. Meanwhile he had to order additional parts but said it would be done first week of December. When that came around he said he needed another week. I showed up to get my truck and he said it would be 2 more weeks. At this point I had exhausted my rental coverage through insurance and lost over 2 month of work over this. Every time I stopped by the shop my truck was either not there or he was working on someone else's vehicle. Finally I gave him a deadline to have it done the weekend before Christmas. I brought a friend with me to pick it up and the owner was very rude to him. He made several remarks right to his face that he didn't like him and didn't appreciate me bringing someone to make sure everything was OK. If a job is done right then there is not reason to become aggressive if someone checks your work. Unless you are trying to hide something or rip someone off. Both driver side doors he replaced are completely installed crooked to this day and do not close right. The new trim was broken by the shop. The paint job was so bad it was running and he painted over trash left on the doors so there were visible objects everywhere. He gave it back without a Vin # as well. I took it to the car wash bc he gave it back with primer & compound everywhere and not only did soapy water flood the back of my cab but the new trim came off and they had to stop the car wash to go get the pieces and bring them out. An appraiser inspected my truck the following week and made a list of the damage for Summerville Collison center to fix. January 5th 2022, I dropped my truck off, he fixed the the trim piece broken my the shop and the runs in the paint. The doors are still crooked and don't close and I do not have a Vin # sticker. So at this point my truck is worse then when I dropped it off and he has been fully paid and refuses to fix my doors he installed wrong. He tried to explain that the doors will not line up bc of the miles on my truck. It's a 2019. I'm the first time owner. And the the doors on the other side are perfectly fine. He's just full of sh*t.”

Mechanics worked tirelessly to get the car tracking correctly and took their time to do it correctly. The entire team on Trolley Rd was great from the desk guys to the wrench turners. Highly recommend this business.”

“Took my car to be fixed after some construction debris smashed the bumper of my new car. My car was repaired faster than I expected and the replacement bumper looks good as new. The technician even took the time to transfer the decepticon logo from my old bumper to my new one. It's small silly things like this that makes a difference between just completing a job vs. caring about the quality of the work completed. All the electronics, radar, camera, etc., work perfectly and I have run into no problems so far. The whole experience was easy, professional and friendly.
