They gave me a realistic time frame to complete my repair even though they were backed up and then got the repair done on time and properly. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Needed repair to my truck after a rear end collision. Tim and the staff were very accommodating and upfront about the repair process and time needed. Not my first time working with Norton and Richardson, each time I was treated with courtesy and respect. Their workmanship is champion and I highly recommend them!
