“Always had a good experience. People work at this location are very helpful. But not being open on Saturdays is ridiculous. Most people work Monday through Friday and some of us prefer to go to the smaller type businesses but when you're close on Saturday I have no choice but to give Lowe's or home Depot my money”

“I love a good hardware store and this is one. Clean, well organized and well stocked with what you would expect for a good hardware store. I went there specifically for Ready Seal brand exterior stain which the big box stores do not carry.”
“I just want to take a quick moment to say how great the employees here were in the midst of the chaos of Helene’s aftermath. We came here from Lake Lure looking for a few hard to find items and they were able to supply them at Northern Tool’s distribution center (also fantastic leadership there). “I am very surprised by the bad reviews. The store is not the issue, if anything. Yes, Home Depot delivery is contracted out. So maybe it's a hit or miss. I have been using this store for over 20 years. I do not think it is a 2-star store. The people at the store will help you when you ask. Yes, sometimes they are short-staffed. That is the world we live in. I feel they do a good job compared to many of them. I will keep using this Home Depot store, and when I do have an issue they will make it okay in the end, they have always fixed it in the long run. I do find that I have gotten a lot more done with honey than with the whip.”
“We go here alot as contractors. They have everything we need to remodel a home or whatever project we are working on at the time. They also have my personal time favorites. The garden section. I bought almost all of my nursery plants from here when they went on sale. Couldn't beat the price. My garden is huge now.”
“My boyfriend and me just closed on a new house and I needed a TON of paint! Huge shout out to Brooklyn for directing me in the right direction. I had two nice gentlemen help me at the mix station and reccomend styles. Then Brooklyn was so kind to scan all my cans and help load my cart back up. Thank you so much for all the help to make our new home beautiful!!! Will certainly be coming by for more items to upgrade!!
P.S update! Scotty in the flooring department is your man to go to for floor recommendations! He helped us same day and told us about the Lifeproof collection. We went with the Pine crest and are so excited!!!

“Ian at the paint section is amazing! We are doing a home project and we had 1 million questions to ask and Ian had no problem going all over the paint department with us. Overall the prices seemed more reasonable than when we went to Lowe's and had better selection than when we went to Walmart.”
“The guys called me when they were on their way, showed up early which is how I was raised, early is on time , on time is late, and late is unacceptable! These guys who brought me my water heater to Fort Mill SC were friendly and sooooooo helpful. They went above the beyond. They had a special dolly to climb stairs and with a 850lbs EMPTY these guys saved my life I'm so glad they were here thank you so much. I'm sorry I am terrible with names but I can't thank you guys enough! Who ever the boss is for these guys they deserve a huge raise”
“Called them for a fan blade for my AC, showed up and talked to Cody. He helped, and his team mates helped too (including ice cream for my daughter). They had a fan, but the blades were backwards (something I missed). They didn't have another solution, but gave me the name of another local supplier that had EXACTLY what I needed. SUPER FRIENDLY, helpful, and worth the visit. I will look here first for AC supplies moving forward.”

“Love getting my plants here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have a wide verity of plants from flowers to vegetable plants to herbs. They also have other garden supplies as well. The prices are reasonable. 10/10 recommend. I don’t normally write reviews but they deserve the shout out!”
