“Always had a good experience. People work at this location are very helpful. But not being open on Saturdays is ridiculous. Most people work Monday through Friday and some of us prefer to go to the smaller type businesses but when you're close on Saturday I have no choice but to give Lowe's or home Depot my money”

We needed a single plumbing part to reconnect a faucet and the store didn't carry the part, so he called Pfister and requested replacement parts be sent to our home address. This is why we shop at True Value and not the big box stores, the customer service is exceptional. Thank you Alex you are a true gem!”

Had to bring back some product left over from the job and was refunded without issue and I must say that the ladies at the desk were so happy to help. Every person who has helped me inside this particular store has helped me get through putting my home back together after a fire and I really appreciate the effort that each person has given. Huge difference from a few years ago and chose to go to the competition. My cabinet installer suggested that I work with this particular person in cabinets, and I’m so glad that I listened to his recommendation.”

“The guys called me when they were on their way, showed up early which is how I was raised, early is on time , on time is late, and late is unacceptable! These guys who brought me my water heater to Fort Mill SC were friendly and sooooooo helpful. They went above the beyond. They had a special dolly to climb stairs and with a 850lbs EMPTY these guys saved my life I'm so glad they were here thank you so much. “Called them for a fan blade for my AC, showed up and talked to Cody. He helped, and his team mates helped too (including ice cream for my daughter). They had a fan, but the blades were backwards (something I missed). They didn't have another solution, but gave me the name of another local supplier that had EXACTLY what I needed. SUPER FRIENDLY, helpful, and worth the visit. I will look here first for AC supplies moving forward.”

“Love getting my plants here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have a wide verity of plants from flowers to vegetable plants to herbs. They also have other garden supplies as well. The prices are reasonable. 10/10 recommend. I don’t normally write reviews but they deserve the shout out!”
