“This is a great location. Well stocked with amazing customer service. My husband was looking for a part for his drill to help us disassemble a desk to move it to a new room. We were looking independently when Blue came up and helped us. He was awesome then I selected a Stanley cup and we looked at some other items and headed to self check out. We had a gift card so we were waiting for the employee to help us (they have to type in your DL#) and a nice lady who appeared to be a manager came out of her office to ask if we needed help because we were kinda standing there. She was super nice and said to get started and the attendant would be right over to help. I believe his name was Fabian sooo nice super helpful. The Stanley cup I selected was incorrectly labeled for the price and he happily adjusted it for me. Super excellent customer service and stock. We are happy to be living so close to this location. Tons of helpful employees looking to actively help customers was a breath of fresh air.”

“Lowes employees on Monday 1/22 were AMAZING! I wish I got their names but everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. There was an older gentleman, a former landscaper turned Lowes employee, a lady with an English accent I believe plus everyone in the rental department (morning and night). I had to get drainage pipe, rent a bobcat and a truck. Hands down best customer service in a long time!I am doing a backyard renovation and the gentleman that was a former landscaper told me everything, in detail, of what was needed. The older gentleman showed me where every drainage item piece was and the lady showed me how to hook them together. The lady and gentleman in rentals in the afternoon were amazingly kind and patient showing us how everything worked. The gentleman at drop off was very professional and thorough.Y'all should be proud of the amazing staff you have that helped me yesterday! Many thanks to this crew!”

Jeff in the maintenance and repair department advised me to register the tool's warranty, which I hadn't done, and that the repair might not cost me anything. Sure enough, that was the outcome and I saved almost $150, thanks to Jeff letting me know the manufacturer had a free replacement program. Next time I need tool repair, I will be headed here.”

They had a fan, but the blades were backwards (something I missed). They didn't have another solution, but gave me the name of another local supplier that had EXACTLY what I needed. I even came with a list of appliances I wanted from a competitor and the super helpful salesperson ignored where my ‘shopping cart’ was from, looked up each item and found me everything I wanted… at a lower price! Being a daughter, wife and mother of veterans, I’ve always tried to shop at Lowes because of their commitment to those that serve and have served, but my 5 star goes beyond that- this group at the Pineville location is exceptional to work with. I would also like to say that I’ve had to contact the customer service line two times and they were professional, respectful and went above and beyond to help me.”
