βAndrea at the Indian Land location is exceptional! My husband and I were looking at grills when we were warmly greeted by Andrea. Not only was she knowledgeable throughout our interaction, she helped us find the perfect grill, ordered it for us to be delivered, and helped us find other items we had on our list throughout the store. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and we will be returning to this location specifically because of her incredible service. She is the definition of an all-star associate!β

βI brought an antique Pirate's Box to the Waxhaw Ace Hardware location yesterday to see if anyone at the store could help me fix the closure part on it. The box belonged to my dad who passed away 18 years ago and it is very special to me. I'd like to thank Victor and Cory for their time, patience, and expertise which led to the box working properly again. I appreciate their help very much and will definitely go there again. They were super nice, too. Thank you so much!β

I wish they were open on Saturdays… their store is the largest piece of real estate on the strip and my visitors were SO excited when they saw the old, inviting shop… only for it to be closed all weekend + Mondays, which is typically the only day bank holidays fall on. So, unless I use PTO, I can never actually shop here unless I’m off work already.
I think if they opened at least for half the day on Saturdays, it would bring so much more charm to the strip - especially if you purchase plants and seedlings at the next door farmers market! It’s a real bummer for most of us who have to work Mon-Fri, 8-5, but Im happy they are successful nonetheless.β
βLast year, I purchased over $20,000 in tools from a competitor just a few minutes from my house. The next week, they acted like they never saw me before. When one of those tools broke, and was in for repair for over a month, they did not show any concern. I decided to write to Rockler of Charlotte, who had not even sold me the tool, and they contacted the manufacturer and resolved the problem. Now, instead of driving 7 minutes to the competitor's store, I drive a half hour for even the smallest item. I would rather drive to Rockler where they care about customers, than go around the corner where they do not. Thanks not only to Jeff, the manager for resolving this, but to the other employees who are always very friendly and helpful.β

The wonderful lady at the register told me where to go to find it and called for a clerk to help me. EXCELLENT service and I will go back for sure. Quality customer service with a smile. βI just want to take a quick moment to say how great the employees here were in the midst of the chaos of Heleneβs aftermath. We came here from Lake Lure looking for a few hard to find items and they were able to supply them at Northern Toolβs distribution center (also fantastic leadership there). Several team leads, including Mike, and a woman at the register, helped us extensively and went above and beyond. Thanks again.β
βTheir Icon brand for ratchets and torque wrenches are absolutely top quality I compare to Snap-On. I just purchased a pair of their six ton jack stands which I totally compare to Snap-On quality as well. I love their disposable nitrile, latex colored gloves.β
βVery friendly staff, the greeter Ana had a smile that one can't resist she is so talkative when you walk in this is so great! The store is bright and open, clean and stocked don't know why others complain about it because they have nothing else to do Ryan took great care of my warranty even though my lawnmower was there for over a month THERE IS A THING CALLED PATIENCE I know everyone has rhier problems with the public but they do tell you before you drop it off how long it will take to service it (some folks just don't listen) but I live this place keep up the good work Ryan and keep Jeff and Ana Thank you and God bless you guys ?β
βNot sure why someone would give this place a bad review. The sales reps make it very easy for either customer or contractors. its best to know exactly what you want prior to coming in (consulting with your contractor if you are the homeowner) so that you dont waste time. I like working with Clay because he's kind.β
βWas in a few days ago and had a great experience. Had to make a return and Katie was a very friendly young woman. She was quick and polite when I had to run to my car to grab my card! Have had ok experiences with the other checkout people. Good store overall.β

βI have to give Waxhaw Loweβs a huge shout. They took a parking spot up towards the front and put temporary grass, pavers, flowers, the flags of all military services and a US flag at half mast. Very, very classy and respectful. By far the best Iβve ever seen a corporation do to honor the fallen on Memorial Day weekend.β

βOrdered a massive toolbox online and couldn't pick all of the individual crates up together so the manager had part of it delivered free of charge to my workplace where I'll be using this box. More than satisfied!β
βLet me 1st say that I'm a DIY warrior. My house AC went out and I decided to try to fix it on my own before calling a technician. I decided to start with changing out the capacitor. I went in to the store and Brooke held my hand and made sure that I got everything that I needed. She was extra patient and helpful. Truly a blessing! My AC is working and my family is comfortable again. Thank you Ferguson and thank you to Brooke for her gre a t customer service.β
βMy kids and I saw an associate last week ripping out the garden some kids made on the corner of the store.
Went inside to ask about it, but the person didn’t know what was going on. Said it had something to do with some managers.
Anyone know what’s happening with it?
My kids (both under 8) are pretty upset that they can’t see their “friend” anymore, a little green lizard.β

βI work in and out of Lowe's all the time and they are consistent. Customer service is always good here. If they don't have what you need, drive 20 minutes and the next Lowe's will. This location is great for all your home improvement needs. They are a big chain and you get what you pay for.β
βGreat customer service, occasionally you’ll have a worker who stares at you at the self checkout as if you were stealing which is quite annoying. I even once got locked in Lowe’s by a woman who asked me if I paid for the stuff in my cart. That same trip I was informed I was unable to return my 5 gallon bucket of paint although I saw others returned in the clearance paint section. They redeemed themselves when they altered my hideous paint color to a beautiful beige by using the computer system which told him what needed to be added.β
βIan at the paint section is amazing! We are doing a home project and we had 1 million questions to ask and Ian had no problem going all over the paint department with us. Overall the prices seemed more reasonable than when we went to Lowe's and had better selection than when we went to Walmart.β

βThis is a great location. Well stocked with amazing customer service. My husband was looking for a part for his drill to help us disassemble a desk to move it to a new room. We were looking independently when Blue came up and helped us. He was awesome then I selected a Stanley cup and we looked at some other items and headed to self check out. We had a gift card so we were waiting for the employee to help us (they have to type in your DL#) and a nice lady who appeared to be a manager came out of her office to ask if we needed help because we were kinda standing there. She was super nice and said to get started and the attendant would be right over to help. I believe his name was Fabian sooo nice super helpful. The Stanley cup I selected was incorrectly labeled for the price and he happily adjusted it for me. Super excellent customer service and stock. We are happy to be living so close to this location. Tons of helpful employees looking to actively help customers was a breath of fresh air.β
