βAndrea at the Indian Land location is exceptional! My husband and I were looking at grills when we were warmly greeted by Andrea. Not only was she knowledgeable throughout our interaction, she helped us find the perfect grill, ordered it for us to be delivered, and helped us find other items we had on our list throughout the store. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and we will be returning to this location specifically because of her incredible service. She is the definition of an all-star associate!β
βCalled Carolβs Ace Hardware this morning and spoke with Chase about matching a price on a tankless water heater flush kit. Without any hesitation, he told me to come in. When I got to the store, the manager personally walked me over to the item, handled the price match without any fuss, rang it up, and thanked me for my business with a smile.
Fantastic service, a truly customer-oriented team, and an overall great buying experience. This is exactly the kind of service you rarely get at Loweβs or Home Depot, where they often just point you toward an aisle and walk away. At Carolβs Ace, they actually take care of the customer.
Iβll definitely be a regular at this store going forward. Go see them and they will win you over with their outstanding service.β
βKilling some time today while my wife got her nails done I decided to drop in at Waxhaw Ace Hardware. I walked around the store looking checking them out . They are well stocked and staff very knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a need for something go check them out ! Thatβs what I did !

βI just want to take a quick moment to say how great the employees here were in the midst of the chaos of Heleneβs aftermath. We came here from Lake Lure looking for a few hard to find items and they were able to supply them at Northern Toolβs distribution center (also fantastic leadership there). βI love Harbor Freight store for their affordable tools and customer service. They also carry quality tools for those looking for durability and style. They have special offers frequently to keep their customers coming back. Go check out all the Harbor Freight stores in Charlotte. Mostly tools not parts.β

βTheir Icon brand for ratchets and torque wrenches are absolutely top quality I compare to Snap-On. I just purchased a pair of their six ton jack stands which I totally compare to Snap-On quality as well. I love their disposable nitrile, latex colored gloves.β
βVery friendly staff, the greeter Ana had a smile that one can't resist she is so talkative when you walk in this is so great! The store is bright and open, clean and stocked don't know why others complain about it because they have nothing else to do Ryan took great care of my warranty even though my lawnmower was there for over a month THERE IS A THING CALLED PATIENCE I know everyone has rhier problems with the public but they do tell you before you drop it off how long it will take to service it (some folks just don't listen) but I live this place keep up the good work Ryan and keep Jeff and Ana Thank you and God bless you guys ?β
βTook a couple woodworking classes here and can't recommend the experience enough. Both times I was lucky enough to have John as an instructor and each time he was kind, patient and just a fun guy to be around. He makes you feel very welcome regardless of experience and I feel like I walked away from each class learning a ton. As someone new to woodworking, I highly recommend taking a class hereβ

βI have to give Waxhaw Loweβs a huge shout. They took a parking spot up towards the front and put temporary grass, pavers, flowers, the flags of all military services and a US flag at half mast. Very, very classy and respectful. By far the best Iβve ever seen a corporation do to honor the fallen on Memorial Day weekend.β

He is a manager at this store and goes above and beyond everyday to ensure that all the customers that come here are happy and satisfied. βNot sure why someone would give this place a bad review. The sales reps make it very easy for either customer or contractors. its best to know exactly what you want prior to coming in (consulting with your contractor if you are the homeowner) so that you dont waste time. I like working with Clay because he's kind.β

Had to bring back some product left over from the job and was refunded without issue and I must say that the ladies at the desk were so happy to help. Every person who has helped me inside this particular store has helped me get through putting my home back together after a fire and I really appreciate the effort that each person has given. Huge difference from a few years ago and chose to go to the competition. My cabinet installer suggested that I work with this particular person in cabinets, and Iβm so glad that I listened to his recommendation.β

βLaura's customer service was exemplary today at the Steele Creek NC store. We were attempting to open a credit card and make a purchase and we ran into a small snafu. Laura went above and beyond to help us with the credit card and our purchase. We left very very happy customers. Wish there were more Laura's in the world.β

βThe guys called me when they were on their way, showed up early which is how I was raised, early is on time , on time is late, and late is unacceptable! These guys who brought me my water heater to Fort Mill SC were friendly and sooooooo helpful. They went above the beyond. They had a special dolly to climb stairs and with a 850lbs EMPTY these guys saved my life I'm so glad they were here thank you so much. I'm sorry I am terrible with names but I can't thank you guys enough! Who ever the boss is for these guys they deserve a huge raiseβ

βI work in and out of Lowe's all the time and they are consistent. Customer service is always good here. If they don't have what you need, drive 20 minutes and the next Lowe's will. This location is great for all your home improvement needs. They are a big chain and you get what you pay for.β
βI dropped my Wright Stander off on Monday late in the day for a tune-up to be ready for the coming season. In the past, it has taken several weeks and sometimes months for my machine to come back. This week, it was ready by Friday morning... less than 4 days!.Cora and Kelcey provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. They both took the time throughout the week to call me and keep me informed on the progress. They were professional, courteous and truly seem to take pride in their jobs.After looking at previous 1-star reviews, I must say that, in the past, I would have concurred with the lack of service and communication that has frustrated others. However, this experience was dramatically different for me.You've got the right people in the right positions STI.... keep them there.β

βOnly Home Depot that sold rubber mulch. Didn't want to order online and have to wait for it to be delivered. Husband called, and they checked to ensure it was in stock.β
βIan at the paint section is amazing! We are doing a home project and we had 1 million questions to ask and Ian had no problem going all over the paint department with us. Overall the prices seemed more reasonable than when we went to Lowe's and had better selection than when we went to Walmart.β

βThis is a great location. Well stocked with amazing customer service. My husband was looking for a part for his drill to help us disassemble a desk to move it to a new room. We were looking independently when Blue came up and helped us. He was awesome then I selected a Stanley cup and we looked at some other items and headed to self check out. We had a gift card so we were waiting for the employee to help us (they have to type in your DL#) and a nice lady who appeared to be a manager came out of her office to ask if we needed help because we were kinda standing there. She was super nice and said to get started and the attendant would be right over to help. I believe his name was Fabian sooo nice super helpful. The Stanley cup I selected was incorrectly labeled for the price and he happily adjusted it for me. Super excellent customer service and stock. We are happy to be living so close to this location. Tons of helpful employees looking to actively help customers was a breath of fresh air.β
